"I cannot begin to say how amazing this company is. I was recommended this company on Facebook. I called and was told I would have a technician at my house at 9am. The technicians was prompt and ready to go. He went above and beyond what was asked of him. He assisted and gave me suggestions for my project and did the work I asked him to do. He was definitely a life saver helping me out with my water tank. The service I thought was going to cost a ton of money was Penny's compared to their competitors. This company will now be my one and only plumbing resource. Thank you McLean Plumbing you freaking ROCK!!"

"Used a shop vac to sweep what they did get out, leaving a coat of dust on everything in our living room. Used 1 sponge they wet once to clean. We were quoted $75, with multiple discussions on what they could do. Explained all the $75 was for inspection and sweep from the top of chimney, which we had removed last year. $600 for a deep cleaning and then tried to charge $1200. If this was a deep cleaning, I ll eat my hat. We signed contract with no amount on it."

"Initially there were a few issues that came up, but Don Hughes did a great job with what he was given on the fly. He really does GOOD, CLEAN work. Don kept me informed through EVERY step of the process because there were the early "snags" that really slowed his installation process. Don has been trained on Navien Tankless Water Heaters, so when my application required another (NEW) Rinnai system (because of space considerations), Don was able to quickly adapt to the situation and install PERFECTLY a product he was never trained on, serviced or installed before. The entire ECO staff was fantastic to work with from the beginning estimate to the end when they had another teammate call and follow-up on the whole project. Don did a great job cleaning up before he left, couldn't tell he was even there. I will be staying with ECO Plumbing, Electric and HVAC for my home appliance servicing and upgrades. Thanks ECO!"

"Mr. Brocious was hired due to a flooded basement that had destroyed my control board on my furnace. He discovered the clogged drain by noting the water wasnt draining. I ask him to give me a estimate on my clogged drain and got a ** I dont know ** He then tells me he can fix my furnace, I told him my company was coming out the next day to fix it, but the water had to be removed for their safety. He didnt have a pump when he arrived and ask me if I had one! Why would I call a plumber if I had a pump? He had to go get a PUMP! He had to buy one! Never did he mention I would be charged. In fact he gave me no pricing at all, which made me uncomfortable and I should have went with my gut feeling and told him to leave! Long story short, he pumped out the water TOOK IT UPON HIMSELF to fix my furnace and CHARGE me for it, and charged me for the pump he bought for his company and took it with him ! I flooded 12 days later, called a competitor who was out in 3 hours, I had to buy a pump, after I was charged for one from this Brocious Plumbing. My furnace was destroyed again! He hadnt cleaned the drain or called ! Run for your life with this man! He is nasty rude and creepy looking. I had a security system installed after dealing with him! The Competition had it cleaned out in under 2 hours, plus found some issue&s I needed to address. I do have my go to plumber now, but I wouldnt recommend this person to anyone!"

"Not well. The young men who came were pleasant, but inexperienced. The job was to sweep AND inspect. They said it did not need sweeping (though we later found out it did) and they asked if we wanted an outside inspection as if it were an add-on. It was raining and I guess they did not want to get wet. They then were delayed sending us a quote and when we asked for one, it was nebulous and prohibitively expensive. Four quotes later we found a company that would do the work needed and not upsell us. We paid $250 effectively for nothing."

Our main project was to install a portable air conditioner in a room with a casement window. We thought we would have to replace the window with a full-sized traditional window.
