About us
Brocious Plumbing, Heating & AC, LLC started business in 2001 out of our home in Gettysburg, Ohio. We have outgrown our business location 4 times and are currently located on Red River West Grove Rd, South of Gettysburg. This is our final location, I hope. There have been many changes over the years, licenses gained, trainings taken, and much experience to learn from. Our biggest change came in 2019 when my wife and business partner died suddenly. That necessitated huge changes in my business. We pride ourselves on our quality of work and our experience. We still continually try to do better and fix our flaws. Our licenses and certifications are plumbing, water treatment, wells, well pumps, gas lines through Vectren’s & Centerpoint’s courses, universal refrigerant, multiple flexible gas lines, advanced certifications for Rinnai tankless water heaters..

"This was the second job i did for Mr Clifford. He didn't drain the hot tub this last winter and it froze and busted a pipe. Mr Clifford showed me the leak that he found and I ordered the fittings for that and repaired it. It had to sit and allow the glue to cure and harden. He was to advise me if there were further leaks. He called and advised that there was a further leak. I went and looked at my repair, no leaks. The top was saturated and leaked all over when i raised it up. I asked him if the water level had dropped and he said no. i advised him that the leak was the top, which was torn and super saturated. He never called me to tell me that the level dropped to a point and then stabilized. when I called to check on why he gave me a bad rating is the first time i was made aware of this further problem. Mr Clifford hung up on me before we could discuss anything further."
