"If you're looking for new windows or a patio door, look no further. Windows Universe took all the uncertainty out of buying new windows. After getting estimates from two other well known window dealers in the area, it was very refreshing to have Windows Universe come to our home and give us a very straight forward, fair and honest estimate for our windows and patio door. Their approach to window sales is different from all the rest. They addressed my concerns, discussed options leaving me well informed and completed our visit in 45 minutes with a ”Thank you for your time” and “give us a call if you’re interested.” There were none of the “other guys” high pressure tactics and games. No “tonight only” deals or a starting on Mars price to eventually bring it down to Earth. One of my other estimates lasted nearly 4 hours! A real, no hassle lifetime warranty is all part of the deal. "Had a couple windows installed on Tues. June 20th. The screen on one was ripped, the installer said they would put a order in right away and have it out this week. There was no signoff's on work. Some of the caulk jobs around the windows are a little sub-par for my liking. Not the best quality work. Called the office for clarification on when my screen would be here this week. They had no knowledge of it, and it had to be ordered. Now it'll be July 8th before they can get out here. Had used their competitor (Hansons) for my last house. The comparison between the two is much different. Will probably go back to Hansons for the rest of the house here."
