The job took several visits to trouble shoot and complete. The service staff, Ian Bryan, and Will were cordial and professional throughout the process. And the manager, Eric, was assertive in contacting me and trying to schedule a final service appointment to get the issues resolved so the system would function properly. This company is definitely motivated and intentional to keep customers happy and satisfied. They are tidy and clean up afterwards. I would use this company again based on K&K's bottom line of doing the right thing when there are complications."

I have a 100 year old house in Lakewood, OH. The ducting had been replaced with a new furnace in 2000, and I felt that it was time for a cleaning. There are a lot of runs to all of the rooms in the house. Even so, the Productive team arrived on time, were very clean and professional, and got the job done in just over 2 hours.
