Since it was after normal hours on a cold night, they weren't sure how soon a tech might arrive. Around 1 AM, a tech called and said they were about 20 minutes away - conriemed by a text with tech name and picture. The tech immediately diagnosed the issue and found a wiring harness that had been displaced during the intial reassembly. 10 minutes later - problem resolved

"Geisel was so great! Within a couple hours of sending an email inquiring about an estimate I received a call and got an appointment scheduled for the following week. Craig came out and was extremely knowledgeable about HVAC systems and explained right away looking at our duct work a more efficient way to heat and cool our house no matter what HVAC system we went with. He did not try to oversell us with anything. We asked various questions about our current model and future models and Craig was able to answer all of our questions. I sent an email to him a couple days later and within 20 minutes I received a call to go over additional questions and he wanted to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything since getting a new system is a large purchase. "Hal cleaned it, thoroughly inspected it. He replaced several wire connections ( unit is 29 yo) and checked the Freon level/ pressure. He stated the unit was still functional despite its age and encouraged us to start looking for a replacement as our unit is nearing the end of its reliability but did not pressure us to buy a new one. He was professional, knowledgeable, and careful to avoid injury to a giant Hosta next to AC. We highly recommend Hal and Luxury. They have always provided good service for their products. In 29 years, our Trane system has been reliable needing repairs only 2 times.

"This was by far the best experience we could have asked for. Our AC wasn’t acting properly, and as usual when something isn’t working it happens at the worst time (middle of summer). Our AC unit was outside of warranty and it was time for a new one. We looked around, were given long wait times and high prices from several other companies.
