The crew at Conserv-Air replaced my gas furnace and central air conditioner with a heat pump/zone control system. I am thrilled! Kevin spent alot of time at my home upfront to identify the best options for me. Once the contract was signed, it only took about two weeks to get the new system installed. The crew was incredibly courteous, professional, and timely. With a century home like mine, it's important to work with a company you trust. One of Conserv-Airs technicians falsely claimed repairs were needed during one of our regularly scheduled service appointments, just to get us to spend more on additional service. We made Conserv-Air (and their owner) aware and they did not care. Conserv-Air technician Bryce recently came out for annual service cleaning of our furnace. Following the service, he verbally let us know the igniter and flame sensor both needed replacement. This was also confirmed in his written report. We decided to move forward with those recommendations, so we contacted our home warranty company for repair so that we weren't left in a future crisis with no heat this winter, especially because we have an infant in our home. Our warranty company sent another HVAC provider (covered under our warranty) to replace the parts as recommended by Conserv-Air. The new technician tested both parts in front of us and found that neither needed replaced nor were anywhere near needing replacement. He expressed immediate concern with Bryceâ s report and was confused by the recommendation for replacement. He did not replace any parts, as it was unnecessary. Because of Conserv-Airâ s false recommendations, we had to pay $125 deductible to our home warranty company for repairs that were not completed because they were unnecessary. We reached out to Conserv-Air to make them aware of the situation and see if we could come to some sort of resolution. The owner was informed and did not care, nor did he do anything to rectify the situation. It was clear the owner did not share our concern that his technician was making recommendations for repairs that were not needed. We will not schedule any future service appointments with Conserv-Air (despite the fact we have used them for regular service for years), and want to make sure other customers are aware of their business practices.

"Dear Kendra, We are aware that you are unhappy with our service and your situation. Bryce reported that he tested thermostat operation. Humidifier housing cracked on top right allowing a decent amount of air through, taped hole. Igniter and flame sensor are both reading good weak, igniter is at 269 ohms and very white, flame sensor in rough shape as well, would recommend replacing both in the near future. Blower capacitor reading 7.48/7.5mfd, inducer and blower amp draws within manufacturer?s specifications, temperature rise of 62. Customer did not know they had a whole home humidifier, replaced #35 water panels and went over the overall operation. Our service technician did recommend replacing the igniter and flame sensor, which we still stand behind. As far as using us for years of service we have been to you home three times in the since 2019, which was the first time we did service for you. Bryce is a Multi EPA /Nate Certified Technician also multi-manufacturers trained with years of experience. You contacted me the next day wanting me to credit our invoice and also refund you for the second service tech that came to your home via home warranty company. I did credit your invoice for the long overdue furnace preventative maintenance and for the water panel. I am the office manager and I was responding for the owner of the business as he was out of town at the time of service."

I called about a small leak in the refrigerant line on my heat pump. The technician used EasySeal leak seal to hopefully seal the leak. I was Charged $151 For the EasySeal product. I wanted to find reviews on the use of EasySeal but what I found is that it is available on Amazon for $30!! Ripped me off! EasySeal, 2 pounds of refrigerant, slightly over one hour, $306. Shame on them!!

Bill was great! He called me immediately and had me walk thru some troubleshooting on my furnace to try to get it going over the phone (still wouldn't work). Even though I was his last appointment for the day and it was getting late he still came out like he promised to. He found the problem quickly and got me going again!! Great guy and very helpful. My furnace went out during a cold spell. I called 4 company's and Conserv-Air was the only one to call me back in a reasonable time. One company's quote was twice that of Conserv-Air, and the other two never called me back at all. I spoke with Mark and an hour and a half later he was at my door with space heaters, he didn't even know yet if I was going to hire him. I bought a new furnace from them and on the day of installation they were prompt and completed the install very quickly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

These guys were true professionals in some of the worst time of the year for A/C service and repair. My job required a lot more than just a tune up but they explained everything and coached me through preventive maintenance in the future. Would have them back in my home anytime.
