"Hal cleaned it, thoroughly inspected it. He replaced several wire connections ( unit is 29 yo) and checked the Freon level/ pressure. He stated the unit was still functional despite its age and encouraged us to start looking for a replacement as our unit is nearing the end of its reliability but did not pressure us to buy a new one. He was professional, knowledgeable, and careful to avoid injury to a giant Hosta next to AC. We highly recommend Hal and Luxury. They have always provided good service for their products. In 29 years, our Trane system has been reliable needing repairs only 2 times. show more
