Huge Heating & Cooling

Very well. Huge sent two technicians to replace the old heat pump system. They did an outstanding job adding a new American Standard indoor unit and Ameristar outdoor unit. They also installed a new Pro1 thermostat and made sure the system was working properly before they left.

They're very professional, we have been using them for 25 year, they kept our heating and cooling system running very well.

Nicole responded with reassurance that Alex could be here within an hour. He serviced the existing tank, measured the carbon emissions, gave me information on choices to be made. Maybe you can’t make new old friends but in the 27 months we have lived in Berea they have given us excellent service three times. Thank you Huge!

These folks are wonderful. From the office staff to the technicians, everyone was helpful (educating me at every step), honest, and, gosh, personable. I know I have to replace my furnace in the next couple of years and now I know who I will call.

The project went very smoothly. Dave and Denny were great. They are professional, very knowledgeable, showed up right on time and worked hard to get this two-day job done. In fact they had the air back at the end of day one! Awesome relief. Also installed a new programmable digital thermostat. And thanks to John Clark for providing all of the information and answering all of our questions completely so that we could make our decisions quickly. Love Huge!

They were really good. I've been very pleased.Service people are pleasant and reasonably on time.

Huge was able to fit us into their schedule quickly, which was appreciated as our A/C quit working in the middle of a heat wave! We decided to replace our 24 year old furnace as well. Rick and Jesse completed the 2 day job in a timely manner. They were polite, neat, worked hard and removed all of the old equipment when they were done. We waited to write a review until the city inspection was completed, which went well. We would consider Huge for any future heating or cooling needs.

Huge is Excellent. Some companies on Angies list never even called me back. Some immediately wanted to strong arm and sell me a new system. Vince and Ben were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough.

We had the company come out when our A/C unit of 17 years stopped working in 8/2016. The technician came out and spent 6 hours finding the leak and was told it was fixed and should be a problem for a cost of $1300. It worked until the end of the 75+ degree season. When we turned it on in June, it did not cool and we called them back out. They told us it was the same leak from before and charged us an additional $600 for fixing the same leak they fixed fewer than 10 months prior. Within 3 weeks, the A/C unit stopped working yet again and the same service technician that had just fixed the same leak 3 weeks ago said it wasn't worth spending more money since we had almost spent the same amount as a new unit up to this point. Obviously, we will not be calling them again since they do not seem to be able to fix the problems they diagnose and do not seem concerned that they keep charging us multiple times to fix the same leak. We addressed this with the office and they were willing to give us a $200 discount on a new unit they estimated at costing $4500 to install. DO NOT call this company or you risk facing the same problems. I worked for a service company for almost 10 years and I was expected to diagnose and fix the problem at the customer premise the first time, which was guaranteed. It is a sign of an unethical company, in my opinion, to "Fix" the problem only to have it come back multiple times and continue to charge the customer for repairing the companies repairs.

They did a nice job.  They were very professional and punctual on our appointment time and good manner.   They did a nice job of cleaning up.  Friendliness of those that were here to make the installment stuck out the most.

Great. Cleaned unit and got it going again. When I paid for the service call the tech told me about a discounted option that would also include a maintenance call for my furnace in the fall. Reasonable and affordable. The following month, the capacitor went out on the AC, the same tech came out and charged for the part only,

I'm not going to leave them they are responsive to every issue I had as far as heating and cooling.I paid for something and it was done. It was nothing broad.

Installers were very professional and polite. Even though it was muddy outside, they did not get any mud/dirt on my floors with all the walking inside and out they had to do. I had to have some duct work in addition to the furnace/air. I had some initial difficulties with the furnace, but they sent someone out right away and I have had no problems since.

They were great. I thought they were honest and we had no problems with them.

They were responsive to our scheduling request and tech was responsive and provided details and advice on recommendations for the future

Very Well. Technician was very polite, personable, and professional. He explained what he was doing, and was very thorough. Recommended some things for future. I needed a water panel for my humidifier so I am waiting for a price on the water panel and installation of it.

Appointment went smoothly and quickly. Addressed immediate issues, but needed to order a part, so a second appointment was scheduled in a timely manner once the part arrived a few days later.

They fine all the way through. We will use them again.
