"This project involved installing new tile and shower faucet. All went very well with project except for a problem with the tub spout. When spout was fully open water was coming out of the showerhead. I had a union plumber friend stop over and he confirmed what I thought. The spout was defective and needed to be replaced. My thoughts were,1) call Moen and get a new spout sent out and 2) I'll switch new with old to fix the issue. When I told her I couldn't fix the issue and they needed to contact Moen, she called husband, said I wouldn't fix the shower and walked out of the room. She then angrily told me I was incompetent, and said she never would have hired me if she knew how incompetent I was.(Typical"Karen" verbal abuse.) She didn't listen to me, or give me enough time to tell her I would come back and switch them out. After her verbal attack, I told them I would not come back. In truth , I had done the work I was paid to do. The tile work turned out very good. None of the plumbing connections leaked. Her rudeness was the reason they ended up with me refusing to go back!!! Also, over these past 15 years, I've done the same work on well over 50 other jobs. I have a bit of experience."
