Our 7 yr. old carpeting needed to be re stretched. I Googled and found '616', as it's close to us. Very personable and professional. Very thorough. They explained the process well. We had them clean the carpeting as well. My husband and I are beyond happy with the re stretching job. The huge ripples are gone. The carpet looks as good as new now, thanks to them. he came on the right day at the right time of appointment. some other places I called did not show up or even call. I was charged $175 for less than an hour. But it was worth it to get carpet tightened.
