"When I tell you these guys are pros, they are pros. I love having referrals instead of big companies and Sandman was one of the best referrals we've ever had. They have done two of our floors and both look amazing. The first floor was a re-finish of an existing floor and the other was tearing out the entire floor and starting from the floorboards. Their process is fantastic and they usually finish one floor in about 4 days. They are also great at communication and John let's you know where you are at in the process at all times. If you want your hardwood floor done right, this is the company you want to do it. If we ever need our floors done again, I will be calling them out. On top of their great work, they are extremely nice, polite, and they will let you know when they need something. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"

"My installer Doug was absolutely wonderful. He arrive both days by 8 o'clock and never took a break during his work day. Prior to starting the job he told me and gave me a list of all the supplies I would need to purchase in order to complete the job. He even offer to go to the store with me if I felt that I would not be able to find the supplies. He is also very easy to contact. My back splash came out absolutely beautiful. I cannot get enough compliments when family and friend come over to visit. He guarantees his work and also had a list of references if you would like to hear more about his work that he gives to his customers. His prices are very fair compared to Home Depot and Lowe's. He has an abundance of experience and you will feel like he is family when he is in your home. I am so happy I found DAP Enterprise on HomeAdvisor and will use him again in the future if I ever need another project completed in my home."

He keeps the job site incredibly clean and free of dust and also put differents satins on the floor for me to choose from so I could see what the finished product could look like. "Robert, finished our floors in sections as we moved furniture between sections. The last section Robert made a mistake and thought he was using satin but it was semi gloss. I paid Robert in full that day as the poly was still drying and none of us realized it was semi gloss. We left for the weekend to stay off the floors. When we came back we realized something was wrong. We contacted Robert, he came back out and was very sorry about the mistake and went above and beyond to fix it right then and there and actually stayed until the poly fully dried to make sure we were satisfied. I can’t recommend Robert enough. He takes pride in his work, works very hard and made sure we were 100% satisfied. You won’t be disappointed having him refinish your floors."

"Ken and his team were fantastic.  The work they preformed looks great and seamless when comparing the new hardwood to the old. It looks as if the new floor was always there.  During the first day the wind was blowing saw dust back into the garage. I figured that I would have to sweep it out later, but I didn't have to since his crew swept it out when they cleaned up. Great work, on time, within budget.  I would recommend to anyone.
