"Rolando and his team got us out of a pickle - our local big box store miscommunicated several very important details on a carpet project for our first home and we were in danger of not being able to vacate our apartment on time with our young family by an entire due to the delays. Even after the big retailer cut the carpet incorrectly according to the measurements from Rolando, he and team managed to get the job done for half of what the store was going to charge for padding and install.
