"Had Abe out to correct a clogged drain on a Sunday morning. Snaking didn’t work so he called for the water jet truck. Tony came out and they ran a camera and found a break. Tony explained to us that this break should have been caught when they were last out and it will be fixed free of charge under their warranty. "I contacted and hired the Plunger Plumber because of uncontrollable leaking piping system. When Matt Technician arrived, he found that the water valve was faulty and needed to be replaced. However, he found that the root cause of the water leaking issue was the main shut-off valve was located outside somewhere in the devil stip. Therefore, the City of Akron was responsible. Since was found that it was actually Akron's property and responsibility it ignited a whole different issue while the pipes were still leaking. This issue had taken a different course of direction and problems. It was known that the City of Akron had to shut off replaced their old and faulty valve system. This a life of its own. In any event, Matt the technician handled this three-day issue with the utmost of expertise and professionalism. I could not have asked for a more friendly and confident plumber than Matt.
