"GREAT! The garage door wouldn't raise more than 5", via opener. Called when they opened. They added me to the schedule for TODAY. They don't make appointments, per se, but rather they call you 30 minutes before expected arrival. I received my call and tech was on time. Initial diagnosis made. (Broken spring) . Gave me the option to replace one or both. I chose both. Work was efficiently done. Very happy with service, Very happy with courteous tech."

"A wonderful experience all around! We had 15 windows and a sliding glass door replaced. Our Salesperson, Harlan, was very professional and explained the benefits of the new windows and all about Power as a company. The installers arrived on time and completed the entire job in a day! "The first thing I have to say about Ed Baranek is that he knows his products and his measurements.  I watched him and his team install one of the windows in the master bedroom, and I've never seen such a great fit in old work.  I was dumbstruck impressed.   The aluminum trim was meticulously done and it looks great.  Ed has been  responsive to all of my technical questions with reason and information rather than condescension.  Only time will tell if I'm truly happy with the long term performance of the window, but the short term they seem fine (the difference in exterior noise is huge).   The installation will doubtless be fine for the long haul.   
I am leaving punctuality as NA  due to weather delays which were unavoidable.
