"I found Broadview through a mailer advertisement. I was calling multiple companies for quotes so I gave them a try even though I didn't know anyone who had used them. I chose them over the other companies for a few reasons. First, their sales rep, Preston, was awesome and had zero pressure tactics. He was friendly, professional and relaxed and didn't try to sell us on the spot. He just explained their process and products and answered our questions. This was in stark contrast to other company sales reps. Secondly, we were happy to see they could install Provia windows. We had been looking at and learning about replacement windows for a year before getting to the point where we were ready to move forward, and we knew Provia makes really great windows. Preston was happy to give us the house numbers in our own neighborhood they had worked with so we could walk by and see their work. I was happy to see that one of the neighbors I know had worked with them, and they had had a great experience with the company and the installation. Finally, Broadview was the best value. Their quote came in either below other companies, or around the same price but with better quality installation and options. We replaced all of our windows and all of the exterior window trim. No matter who you choose, it's a difficult process because any company will need clearance by each window, so there was a lot of furniture moving and upheaval. That being said, they were helpful in that they let us know where they were going to start and about how many they would do per day, so we were able to keep up with moving our things around. It should have taken about 4 days, but they were able to get all the windows installed in only 3. Exterior work took a little longer because I kept asking them to do more. I was very impressed with how well they cleaned up every day and how kind and professional all of the workers were. During the installation, it became clear that some of our hardy board siding needed to be replaced. Broadview was able to custom order our siding profile and come back to replace boards wherever it was needed. (We didn't ask them to paint to match since we were already planning on getting the house painted.) The owner came on site and made every effort to make sure we were happy, and I'm a picky customer. Overall, great product, great installation experience, great pricing, and great customer service. Highly recommend!"

"My experience with this company unfortunately was not what I expected. I was blamed for every single thing that went wrong (which some was but, in my opinion not all), even suggested I asked my husband questions, made me feel like I was back in the 1950s. The services I hired were a pot filler and gas line plumbing installs. The pot filler I purchased, and he reviewed prior to did not fit, had to be altered and only has about a quarter of an inch before you hit the microwave. Once he put in place the faucet the dry wall was pushed in/damaged. He said he would so kindly give me a quote to repair, I was over it and asked him to please cancel and exit my home. I called the company afterwards to try and find some sort of resolution/middle ground but the phonecall was just a lot of back and forth. He did offer at the very end to have come out and move the filler (which will cause the dry wall to need repairs again) and finish installing the stove. In the meanwhile, I am left with no stove, damaged dry wall and an eyesore for a pot filler. Service tech was very nice but some attention to detail could be improved. The story is much longer but to save the time and effort, I was extremely disappointed in my experience, and I do not recommend the company."

"I ordered all new windows from Mike Murnane upon returning home from deployment on June 17, 2024. Mike never ordered the windows. He stole a $5,000 down payment and strung me along for almost a year. Toward the end of November 2024, mike admitted the windows hadn’t been ordered but he was working on other jobs and would pay me back in a week. This continued for months. Filing a lawsuit. These guys are absolute crooks, do not trust them with anything. Update as of 04/22/2025 In regards to the review below, you guys are comical liars. Numerous calls were placed to your office in the early months. You guys sure knew mike then. You guys were able to get ahold of him a few times I couldn't. Your business has atlas exteriors listed as a DBA. All of this has been recorded, pictures saved, and the old "oh we don't know that employee" does not work when I have called your office for him and your secretaries get ahold of him for us. Months later you switched to suddenly not knowing a person using a listed DBA you have given business cards to? Same address? It'll get sorted in court unless money is returned."
