"GREAT! The garage door wouldn't raise more than 5", via opener. Called when they opened. They added me to the schedule for TODAY. They don't make appointments, per se, but rather they call you 30 minutes before expected arrival. I received my call and tech was on time. Initial diagnosis made. (Broken spring) . Gave me the option to replace one or both. I chose both. Work was efficiently done. Very happy with service, Very happy with courteous tech."

The glass manufacturer sent the wrong size glass which he did not realize until he took out the first window, so I now have a temporarily taped window until the right sized one comes in. He measured the rest though and the installation was quick and VERY clean. They will be hired again to redo the other window."

"After researching and talking with other window installers, we decided to go with Jackson Egress. After several emails and them coming out to check the existing window, we agreed to the to have the 48x48 slider installed. My wife wanted the larger window for getting more light into the basement and I wanted the larger window so I could bring large objects into the basement. It was going to take over a month to get to our window but we agreed to the wait They arrived promptly at 8 as promised and began working. After working a little while I was informed that they would not be able to install the 48x48 and could only install the smaller window (no price difference). When my wife began to have reservations about the smaller window they acted as if they were going to just stop working and leave. Not wanting to have to wait months longer and wanting to start our basement remodel as soon as possible, we reluctantly agreed to the smaller window. On the plus side, they were punctual, respected our property and worked very hard to professionally install the window that they wanted to install. When everything was finished it looked great but I would not use their service again."

Our Salesperson, Harlan, was very professional and explained the benefits of the new windows and all about Power as a company. The installers arrived on time and completed the entire job in a day! "We had several estimates from multiple companies, and the prices (though all very high) were comparable, so we chose to go with a company that had better reviews. I am so happy we did. We worked primarily with Ed, who was always very easy to reach and work with. The work was all done on time, even when we added fixing the cat door on very late. Our siding was discontinued but they tracked some down and left us the extra in case we needed small patch work in the future.The work all looks great!!!
