They did a great job

After almost six months and dozens of calls, emails, face-to-face meetings, and texts, the work I contracted Classic Exteriors to perform on my porch is complete. tl;dr I'm not entirely satisfied with their attention to detail or communication, but the team stepped up when it mattered and worked hard to solve the problems with their initial work. I hired Classic Exteriors to replace the boards on my porch and slope the boards away from my house after a different contractor botched a similar job and ghosted me after I tried to get him to fix it. The work Classic Exteriors performed wasn't very neat, but if you're not paying very close attention the porch looks good and is structurally sound. They came out at no cost after a couple of months of prodding to clean up some of the rougher cuts, which was nice of them to do. As we were coordinating the work to clean up some of the carpentry on the boards, we discovered that rain would leak into my basement from the porch and also that there was an area where the boards dipped, causing water to pool on the porch rather than shed away from the house. Classic Exteriors worked diligently to solve these problems and even did some complementary work to bolster the structure of the porch in spite of my offering to pay for additional materials. I'm not sure whether I'll contract them for additional work on my home, but I can at least confidently say that the folks at Classic Exteriors are good people who genuinely care about doing right by their customers.

We had Classic Exteriors build a composite deck with custom rebar railing. Pete and BJ did a superior job, were very willing to make small adjustments to make us happy. I will call these guys again for the next project. Thanks guys!

Definitely a very qualified installer for my new garage door, however, expect a 90 day lead time for installation.

C I did a wonderful job installing a new front door and storm door for us. Both doors were top quality and the installers were quick and did a great clean up. Door function and seal were perfect. We have lived in several houses over the years and there is always work to be done but I don't think I have worked with a better outfit, from sales to installation, than CI. Thanks guys!

We also had an awning installed, window work and down spouts replaced. Every crew that was sent was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Sales staff was also knowledgeable, friendly, and no hard selling. It was a very positive experience. I highly recommend them and won't hesitate to use them again.

These gentlemen were very professional, precise and polite in the work they performed and I was very pleased with the finished product. Not only were they very skilled but also made sure to take care of any concerns I brought to their attention. They also were very neat and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. I would not hesitate calling on them for any remodeling job I may have in the future.

Great Job

It has been a month now, but we still have not gotten our gutters put on to this day..

Our completed deck is unbelievable and beyond our expectations. Our contractor, Russell Wirt, was outstanding. Our Old deck had been In place for 26 years and needed a complete overhaul. We initially thought we could save the flooring but once the deck was stripped down we realized a new floor had to be included. Russell facilitated this change with Classic on the spot and we could not be happier. He worked diligently in 90-degree heat all week to get the job done. We would highly recommend Classic Exteriors, LLC, and if you are fortunate enough to get Russell as your contractor you will be very pleased indeed.

I couldn t be happier with my new door. Initially, I thought the price was high but after seeing the quality and service, great value! Would definitely go with them in the future for my home projects.

Ended up using Classic Exteriors to replace my entire roof, as well as gutters. They were professional, completed the project timely and I would highly recommend them.
