Doug & Doug tackled the job bravely, as I don’t think they had done this exact job before. (Replaced Motor) It’s been over a month ago and I am very happy with having my Kitchen Exhaust Fan back! They did a great job and I wanted to send them another BIG THANK YOU! I’ll definitely hire them again!

He was quick to respond to my inquiry and got out to the house same day! He told me he was on his way and would be here by 3pm, but was 45 minutes late. I thought he might have been in an accident. A call or a text would have made this a 5 all the way around. The problem turned out to be the washers on the new water filters for my Fridge. They were not seated properly and that is what caused the leak. Wish I had thought of that, but a $100 service call was lot better then a $400 repair!

No one showed up or called the day of appointment. Everything was going well up until the day of appointment. I spoke with owner over the phone, he gave me some trouble shooting to do in washer which I was not able to perform due to having wrong tools. I didn⠠t call until morning of appointment to let know I was not able to perform troubleshooting, no answer or callback from the message I left. ⠦⠦Disappointed

Changed the appointment time 4 times, was late when he did arrived, was not knowledgeable about my appliance. He wanted to order a $250 part and wanted me to send him a video and open the back of the washing machine. I asked for my service call fee back because he was no show/tardy.

Responded in record time for the first service call and, within minutes, jerry-rigged the problem so our dryer was up and running until the new part arrived. However, after a couple rescheduled visits due to different reasons, he installed the part and the dryer was up and running. The price seemed a little high even with my "military discount". Overall, he got us back on track in a timely fashion and we are happy with his service.

Not ideal. Slow response time and disorganized. He completed the repair correctly but the communication was suboptimal. Has not contacted me with an invoice over a week later for my home warranty records.
