Tim worked in lockstep with the engineer and me - he stayed in touch so that I always knew where we were in the process. He provided no receipts for items supposedly purchased so there is no proof of the purchase of 3 sumps he said he replaced and the floor he covered with waterproof paint was blistered and cracked everywhere. He never returned to follow up and finish as agreed. He was a now show after 3 attempts to reschedule - each time he agreed and and never materialized. There is now a judgement against him recorded with the county from small claims court. I had to bring someone else in to do what he should have done in the first place."
