I believe this was a scam. They arrived. There was almost a $300 estimate before starting the job estimate was never supplied blamed, getting a permit, which other plumber was able to get in less than a day never heard back until I complained still have not received an estimate play they did not wanna do the job and just took the money.

It was good. I have no issue since then.

Very well. The tech, Deshaun, arrived on time and performed the work in a way that minimized our stress and damage to the walls and tiling. Deshaun was very pleasant and we were more than pleased with his work. The price was reasonable and was set in advance of his starting work. We will definitely use D Rohde in the future.

The assessment appointment was accomplished quickly and the actual work was performed in a timely manner. I thought the plumber they sent was very professional and knowledgeable. When some of the brand new parts proved to be faulty, the follow-up appointment was schedule quickly and went smoothly. When some minor complications arose, I was both surprised and pleased at how the plumber went out of his way to make things perfect at no additional cost to me. The quoted price - which I believed to be reasonable - proved to be the actual price charged. Overall, I thought D Rohde did a great job. I will certainly use them again.

I would NEVER - EVER - recommend this company - EVER. They are full of lies, they do NOT back up their product like they say they do, they commit code violations, their workers are NOT all trained and experienced as they claim on the website, and while we were dealing with a flooded basement (TWICE!) due to DAN ROHDES mistake, all he could do was tell his assistant to tell us he was busy and could not call us for at least 2 weeks. To this day, no phone call, he would rather ignore us. WOW. Great customer service. Buyer beware! He also sized our house improperly for a mini-split system leading to overloaded units that cant keep up. We were even told by his own worker that we can't run all of our units at the same time, because the condenser can't handle it. If you want floods in your house, then Dan is your man.

I used D. Rhode Heating, Plumbing and AC for two projects. First was an installation of a new air conditioning and heat pump unit. From beginning to end everyone we dealt with were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Dan was very helpful thoroughly explaining our options and giving us a fair estimate. The office staff were always friendly and helpful when we called them. Jeff, Dwayne and crew did a great job in the removal and installation of the new unit. They were very respectful and cleaned up thoroughly when the job was completed. The second project was the installation of a new well tank. Jamie was very professional and knowledgeable and also did a great job with the installation and cleanup. I would highly recommend D. Rhode.

This contractor is outstanding. From the start, they were quick to provide me all information and options available to me to replace my old electric heat at competitive rates. The workers were very efficient, professional, and performed high-quality work; and I am very satisfied with the result.

Long, took 11 1/2 hours. They had warned me that it could though, and that there was no way to predict if this install would be a long one.

TOP NOTCH COMPANY !! The team arrive on time-- I have to mention these wonderful men --Ian Dan-Jaquan--because they were so professional !-( I did not find out the name of the delivery guy who delivered all the units--He was excellent too ) They worked non stop ! They were extremely polite and manners and respectful all the time. They answered every question we had--completed all the work while protecting carpets in my house etc. What a great company and group of workers ! They worked until 6pm without even taking a break !-- (even though it started to rain--they still worked ! ) Whatever they were doing as a team--they were double checking --triple checking with each other ALL the time that it was done right and that no mistakes were mentioned ! They were so professional and Patience is a virtue !! I also have to mention Sarah--she answers the phone for the company 24/7--She is wonderful too ! I am so glad we had the pleasure to find them and had everything done with this company !

Ian and Daniel were the technicians that did they installation. They were amazing! Not only were they very professional, but polite and courteous as well. They discussed all aspects of the installation with me before moving ahead with the work. They made sure that I was happy with everything when the job was completed. They totally cleaned up after the project both inside and out. D. Rohde Plumbing will be my go to company from now on. I recommend them very highly and I’m so pleased with the end result.

The technician was prompt, friendly and helpful. The adjustment was made quickly and he explained to me how I could do it myself in the future if I want to.

First off, today was HOT. Super hot and humid (which of course, is when my AC breaks down...) . And Keven the AC tech was in my sweltering attic, helping to fix the problem. I would have been rather cranky (no lie), but he was professional and kind--and he explained the problem each step of the way. I am very happy with his service!

Matt was exceptional!! He got here on time and diligently worked until the installation was completed! Not only was he professional but very personable and knowledgeable! And he cleaned up the area before he left!

Their response time was incredible as well as caring and personable. My technician Ian was the same. Professional, personable and focused on my needs. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained the problem and the solution options clearly. The installation of the additional equipment needed to get the heating working properly was very well done. From the initial phone call to job completion, it was a very good experience.

Great! Professional and great follow up!

Bought a faucet at Lowe's. After looking at the connections for a pedestal sink, I decided to have this one professionally installed. It was a two hour procedure for a professional plumber. Though not a difficult job for a plumber, everything about the job was very professional. Appointment was confirmed. A telephone call was provided giving an update of when the plumber would arrive. Kevin was the name of our plumber. He was very courteous. He covered our floor, wore shoe covers, cleaned up afterwards. He checked the plumbing for leaks and drainage. Contracting the way it should be.

Moved heavy boiler up difficult site. Installed in one day. Very professional and patient in detailed explanations of complex zoning issues. Prices are high in Dutchess Co. compared to other areas of NY. I generally think plumbers are a safer bet for a maintenance plan and longer lasting businesses than most HVAC companies.

They were great! They were on time, professional and got the job done.

Technician did not impress me as being very knowledgeable. He arrived in a Mr. Rooter truck so I guess he was more about drains and sewers than plumbing and heating. When he arrived, my wife showed him the Angie's list coupon for 10% off and he said "No problem". The extrol tank he installed on the hot water heater was twice as big as the one removed and it is sitting dangerously close to the exhaust stack. I will have to replace this when I get a chance! After the technician left, we noticed he had NOT given us the 10% off so we called D. Rohde. We were told it would be taken care of as soon as she reached someone in the invoicing group. We have called more than 4 times and keep getting the same "pass the buck" story and never received our 10% off! What a joke! I guess I will start using Home Advisor instead of Angie's list!!! In addition, after the technician left, we had no hot water. It turns out the pilot light was out. I was able to reset it but was away and my daughter who lives there had no hot water for several days until I returned to check it out.
