A thorough evaluation was performed, and a step-by-step process for remodeling was created, which was completed as scheduled. There was consistent communication, punctuality, & efficiency throughout. When the project was complete, you would’ve never know that there had been any damage to it prior. I am so grateful to have found Priest Construction, and couldn’t imagine using any other company for my home improvement needs. They’re the best!"

"The deck itself is fantastic. There are some small things that could have been built better. The major problems were communication and supervision. The contractor couldn't tell me when work was going to be performed, when supplies were going to be delivered etc. The foundation holes were initially not dug deep enough, a week went by before that was rectified, and more time to wait for the building inspector to come out again to measure. On the last day of work, the contractor actually asked me to pay for the permit. He said he was losing money on the job. I understand that the price of materials has gone up, but not in the 8 weeks since he estimated the job. Extremely unprofessional."
