Their technician was friendly and knowledgeable (plus our dog loved him!). He explained everything he was doing and finding clearly and cleaned up after himself.

Job went well and done in a timely manner. All new parts inside and out. It works as well as a new toilet and with the new tank float it now saves water.

Everything went great. I was amazed that Mike made the repairs in the old fashioned way. He did not cut any corners. We will hire this company again for future needs.

I suspected a toilet might be leaking into our flooring, so I asked if a technician would come out to the house and run a camera through the toilet line to look for a leak (a service many plumbers do not offer). We are nearly an hour from the office and outside the service area, but the office manager spoke to the owner and he agreed. The technician came, inspected the area and toilet, and then said that he was sure the problem wasn't the toilet. He made other suggestions for how we can diagnose the leak (which don't result in money for his company). He did not charge for the service call! Truly an unusual and positive experience.
