Want an Awesome looking website that also Ranks in the search engines? If you're expecting for it to generate new customers it's vital potential customers find it when they search. This is called Search Engine Optimization. Everyone and their brother are building websites these days, and ironically they are all SEO experts. Most people are smart enough to figure out this isn't true. We are 100% from the United States. Our team is comprised of Graphic Designers, a content writer and one of the Best SEO's in the Country. We have hundreds of #1 Rankings for some of the hardest search terms available. Ask to see some samples. Wicked Web Design is a division of Justin Monk SEO. It became a division to full-fill the entire package. Anyone can build a website, but if the on-page optimization isn’t done correctly the website will never rank. The customer then is forced to pay to have it re-done. Here’s where it gets tricky. Everyone says they are good at SEO, when actually very few are. It definitely isn’t fair to you the customer. Please do your homework and check their rankings. If they don’t have rankings chances are they aren’t very good. We rank in every city we have targeted. Ask to see the list. Awesome web Design mixed with Dominating SEO is a combination any company looking to destroy their competition can’t go without. Please allow extra time for our website (Visit Website) to load, the Demo is displaying all features available which dramatically slow down the loading speed. All the features are displayed so you can choose which ones you want for your website which will be much faster.

https://www.baldeagle.biz As the President of Bald Eagle Inspection Services, I have nearly two decades of practical experience in both residential and commercial construction industries. Much of my professional career has been spent as an Estimator and Project Manager for a large general contractor in New York State. I have a vast knowledge and experience background working with commercial and residential systems, components and proper building practices, including the successful completion of several multi-million dollar large scale building projects in the area, ranging from schools to medical facilities, MRI’s, laboratory and research, chemical manufacturing, warehouse, office building, and of course, residential properties. I also maintain a huge database of construction data, a large network of subcontractors, suppliers, companies and organizations and am well respected throughout the industry. I noticed a need for quality, knowledgeable home inspectors through my own experiences. Motivated by my drive to grow and excel in my career, I created Bald Eagle Inspection Services, LLC. I have obtained many certifications through the past years. In addition to a Bachelor of Construction Management Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, MA, I have also obtained OSHA 30 hour training, HAZWHOPPER 40 hour training, and LEED Green Associate. I’m an InterNACHI-Certified Professional Inspector, also known as CPI, I’m Commercial Inspector Certified, InterNACHI Wood Destroying Insect Certified, and New York State Licensed (#1600007491). To expand my knowledge and to better serve my clients, I am currently working toward additional certifications.

"Being a first time home buyer and looking at a 120 year old house, I was concerned with getting in over my head with possible repairs. The report Jason provided exceeded expectations and reviewed items I wouldn't have though of. Now, 6 months after moving in, I am using his report as a guide to take preventative measures to avoid costly fixes in the future."

15 years of experience

3 years in business all employees have 10 years plus experience right now we have 5-7 employees we will and can offer sub- contracting as far as billing we accept all major credit cards, checks, etc

"He is the worst and most dishonest contractor you could ever hire. When he came in to quote us the job he sounded very confident and sound he knew what he was doing. So we finally agreed on a price and a 2 weeks timeline for the job. He showed up only on the first few days, my husband and I gave him portion of the money with expectations of the job being done soon. days went by and he didn't showed up. We were calling and texting him everyday and no responses, once he would respond, was always a different excuses. On top of him not showing up anymore, we bought 27 boxes of tile for my laundry, when my husband and I weren't home, he showed up, took 5 boxes and went to the store and returned to get cash back to himself, which technically he was stealing from us. he was always calling back when he wanted money but no job done. I know my husband and I were stupid to give him the money without the job being even half way done.We hired him in the first week of January, with intentions to be done in 2 weeks. Today is March 29TH 2018 and this deadbeat contractor hasn't show up in 2 months... ignoring phone calls, text and any sort of communication that we tried to established with him. On top of stealing my materials for his own gain, everything that he has done is falling apart, tile floor is popping up for being laid down improperly with wrong material, the cabinets are all "crooked" for not being leveled right, he painted the walls the wrong color, all with promises of fixing it afterwards. I had plans to put my house in the market end of march, but as right now, my house is in pieces and this dead beat dishonest contractor hasn't showed up, so now its not only the house problem, he is affecting my ability to sell my house. PLEASE, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER EVER HIRE THIS GUY, His name is Jeffrey Owens Sr."

Septic Tanks questions, answered by experts

Talking with a septic pro before planting trees near your tank is best to ensure the roots won’t interfere with your septic system. However, there is an easy way to figure out where to plant a tree—but you’ll need to know how tall it can get when it’s fully grown. For instance, if the tree can reach 50 feet, plant it at least 50 feet from your septic system.

Estimating what size well pump you need is challenging and often inaccurate, but a general rule of thumb is to take the number of fixtures—including water-consuming appliances—in your home and aim for that number in gallons per minute. That calculation method would allow for every fixture in your home to use about one gallon of water per minute. However, it’s best to leave the pump size determination to a professional technician, as they can ensure your pump is providing your home with sufficient water, especially during peak usage hours.

Drilled wells have a pipe sticking up that’s covered in a plastic or metal casing. On the other hand, a dug well will look like a big hole in the ground and is more similar to what you’d see in a fantasy or Western movie. If you want to be sure, contact the city for documentation on your property’s construction and excavation history.

Septic tanks can clog if they aren’t pumped every few years since solid waste accumulates inside of them. Your tank might also clog if you have a habit of flushing anything other than human waste or toilet paper. Items like diapers, baby wipes, paper towels, cat litter, and personal hygiene products should never go down your pipes.

How do you set your well’s pressure tank? All you need to do is first drain the tank of water and find the pressure switch. Remove the switch cover and adjust the switch with a wrench—clockwise to increase water pressure, and counter-clockwise to reduce it. Each complete turn of the nut on the switch should equal 2.5 psi. Once this is done, replace the switch cover. All that’s left is to adjust the pressure of the tank itself using an air compressor and a tire gauge to support the new setting.
