These two gentlemen know what they're doing. Great communication, fast response time,fast installations, i could've have asked for anyone better. They have the experience and they are honest men that want to help you. Avi and John are always my go to guys when I need anything done to my home.

Amazing work they did. I had a water supply leak inside my ceiling which caused water damage to the ceiling. They showed up quickly. Even though the leak was very hard to detect, they did not give up. Found the source and fixed it. Very happy with the work they performed.

Excellent Service! I highly recommend the Capitol Region Plumbing and Heating Services LLC! Avi, and Sean came to my home immediately when I needed their help with bathroom plumbing and a water pump system. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and thoroughly evaluated the problems. Their excellent assessment and quality of work were evident as I looked at their pictures of before and after replacements of PVC pipes for main sewer lines, sink and shower drains, and water lines for the toilet. Also, Avi and Sean installed a new well pump and pressure tank system. They even came to my home on a holiday to assure me that I'd have water. As true professionals, Avi, and Sean are efficient, punctual, and reputable. Their work ethic is commendable and gracious manners are exceptional. This was an incredible plumbing service that everyone expects and appreciates!

We had an emergency plumbing situation on a Sunday, and Capital Region Plumbing came to the rescue the same day—with no extra fee just to show up! The owner was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and professional. He walked me through everything before starting, and again after finishing, so I understood exactly what was done. He discovered a major issue and managed to fix everything that day. They replaced my hot water tank, water main shut-off, and all related plumbing and fixtures for the shower—and got everything outside of the shower plumbing and fixtures done between 5pm and 10pm, including having to go get all the materials they needed in that time frame. His employee was just as thorough and respectful, taking the time to explain and show me each step. They returned the next morning to finish the shower work, and even had someone pick up the old water tank before 9am. This level of care, transparency, and efficiency is rare—plus, they were very reasonably priced.

They came in and removed and replaced two hot water heaters they went beyond their work of what needed to be done very thankful for them they we're very flexible with their time we got in contact with them the night before and they came right out the next day we we're up and running in no time they where very pleasant and polite. Dealing With the pricing I can say they where very reasonable I would recommend anybody to go to them at any given time they were awesome thank you so much guys we are definitely keeping you as our main source for our house repairs keep doing what you do!!

I had an emergency hot water tank issue that ultimately required a new hot water tank. Capital Region immediately responded to my request for help and came to my home in 15 minutes. Not only were they prompt but extremely courteous and were able to drain the old tank and provide a new A O Smith hot water tank in less than two hours at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

Avi and Shawn(?) were very polite, professional, knowledgeable, and capable. I was able to trust them completely and it was deserved trust. They diagnosed, removed the old, and replaced the new water pump for my well within 2 hours, though I had only sought help a few hours before. I do wish they could have done it for less than the $3,000 it cost me, but I expect it to work well and save me money on my electric bill.
