Awesome. Brian went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. Very neat job, very considerate of the property, very polite and professional. Brian even educated me about the make and quality of my septic tank. We will use this company again.

There were two people that came out with their truck. This was our first house and this was our first time having the septic cleaned. They educated us about the septic system and how often to have it done. I would call and they answer the phone directly. Also, they were the lowest bid we had gotten. He had actually done work on this tank before I had purchased the house and he was familiar with it. They didn't even need me there because they knew where everything was. I left them a check on my door and they left me the receipt. They were great. I asked several questions about the septic tank and he was happy to answer.

Scott Blair is a great guy--he went out of his way to accommodate my schedule and, when the aging concrete cap on my tank fell apart during the cleaning process, he came back later in the day with a replacement. You couldn't ask for a more professional individual--highly recommended.

On 12/1/10, I had 2 plumbers working in the crawl space of our next door cottage fixing/replacing broken cast iron piping that had resulted in he toilet flishing into the crawl space. As they were cutting out the old pipe, it became apparent that the septic tank was overflowing back in to the crawl space. I called Sand Lake Septic (we have used them to pump out our tanks in the past) and he arrived within 1/2 hour and pumped out the cottage tank and the crawl space. He the pumped out our larger tank since he was there (turns out it was full too). All of this in the pouring cold rain! He was a life saver!! Cudos for service, going beyond the call of duty under less than ideal circumstances and helping out a desperate customer!!
