A-1 quality septic & drain

Punctual, honest and so friendly! Had our septic pumped and inspected today. Found some major issues and will be having them back out to complete the work in a couple weeks.

It went very well. Gene and his sons, from Fast Flow Plumbing, are the nicest people you want to meet. It took them less than one day to complete the work. They were professional and knowledgeable and did not leave a mess behind. There were no delays, so it is obvious the job was well-planned. They were very considerate about the disruption the work was to the household, though they did not need to be. They also graded the backyard before they left. It "stinks" when you have to get this work done, but if you do, these are the guys you want to call. My husband and I were very pleased and wholeheartedly recommend both A-1 Septic & Drain and Fast Flow plumbing.

They came within an hour of the phone call, gave me the estimated amount over the phone and were prompt and efficient. No complaints.

After several attempt to contact a competitor, I found A-1 on Angies list. Due to rating, I gave them a call. They said they could be here today to pump out the tank. And the price was very good. They arrived exactly when they said they would and were very professional. Discussed some issues we are having with roots in the system and will schedule work to address that in the future. But today they pumped the tank and were in and out within a half hour. No pressure for additional business - seemed very honest. Very prompt and professional. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with work done.  Called company on a Saturday and they were there within an hour.  The job was scheduled for the following Friday.  Would recommend the company to friends and family.

Gene did a septic inspection for us on short notice for  our home purchase. He was wonderful.  He inspected everything for a great price as well as pumped and dig which was included in the price. We just set up this appointment less than 24 hours.  I would recommend him and use him again. Great job!

I called Gene on the 26th and he pumped my septic tank first thing on the 27th. Did a nice job at a reasonable price.

He came quickly for the estimate, and performed the service the day after I called and decided to use his company. Fast, professional and the best estimate of all I received.  

Gene was very professional and knowledgeable, after examination of the existing system he was able to design a new system that met all codes and properly sized for the home. He came out quickly to provide the estimate and remembered the job a month later after we had closed on the house. The work was started on time and finished when he said it would be. A couple of days of rain delayed the seeding of the lawn, he could have seeded and let me deal with it after the rain washed the seed away, but instead he informed of why there was the delay and his crew came out on a Sunday to rake, seed and straw after the rain. In the area where the work was performed there were numerous underground obstacles (gas line, drainage pipe and sprinkler system) and Gene was able to excavate around these obstacles without damaging any of them.
I was impressed that he was able to tunnel the drain pipe under my sidewalk and shrubbery rather than rip them out. My property was always respected during the process and they were tolerant of me looking over shoulders and asking questions. There was a minor issue that cropped up after the job was complete and one call to Gene resulted in the problem being taken care of the same day. The job was done completely, no surprises and for the price quoted.
I am very satisfied with the work performed and all aspects of my Dealing with Gene and A1 Quality Septic and Drain. I would not hesitate to use their services again and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing septic services.

Fast, friendly and efficient.

We called A-1 at the recommendation of a neighbor. They came out to inspect the septic and tell us what the problem was, we had already had a couple of other companies come out and tell us as well. They came the night we called them, so they were very responsive. They told us they were booked two weeks out, but actually completed the job before the two weeks. They sent us their certificate of insurance in the mail and had their written estimate and drawing within a couple of days. We had other estimates and A-1 was very reasonable, they were not the cheapest, but they were not the most expensive. They worked all day and completed the job in one day.

They were here until 7:30 pm to complete the job. Since the job was just done today, I can not say whether our problem is completely fixed but we hope so. We have had a back up at least 8 - 10 times since we purchased our house about 6 years ago and have had the roots cut out each time (very costly), we are hopeful that with the new concrete tank they put in and the new pipes that they solved the problem.

Right now we are happy with the work that A-1 did. They were responsive, explained what was needed and completed the job in a timely manner and the price was fair. They understood that we were on a tight budget and understood that we have had terrible problems with the septic since we bought the house. It is clear that they want business and that they work hard to get their business name out there. They have signs throughout the neighborhood. They were very pleasant to deal with and seem to be very hard working. We called because they came highly recommended by a neighbor that uses them.
