"Worst service I’ve ever have experienced. They wanted to sell me the product, never told me that there was an early termination fee and another penalty for an initial offer they gave me. Had double charges every month, once for the oil they provided (which they never told me they were going to provide before coming. They just came without my knowledge and then I find a high amount bill) and another for an “automatic payment” for 500 that they never could explain. The didn’t even fix this issue and it kept happening every month even after I cancelled the service. Then having to call them is a hastié for the refund of the 500. Stay away of this company"

Home ownership is new to me, and I had no clue as to where to start. So, I just started googling and I had several so called â expertsâ come by and give me quotes any where from $8,000 to $14,000, and I was told so many different stories. Well, I decided to go on Angi (formerly known as Angieâ s List) and that is how I came across Ontime Piping And Heating. Matty (Matthew Mirabile) walked in and assessed the situation in absolutely no time. He was very professional, knowledgeable and confident. He took his time explaining what was needed and made sure I understood. He made his offer, which was very fair, and I did not feel like he was trying to take me for a loop because I was a woman. I even had some one offer to do the job for $500 less, but I decided to stay with Ontime Piping And Heating because I had already given my word and after meeting with Matty I just knew this was the right decision. It was definitely a team process, and every single member of the team was knowledgeable, confident, professional and pleasant. The area was cleaned up and the new equipment is sitting nice and pretty. Ontime Piping And Heating has a customer for life.
