Matty (Matthew Mirabile) walked in and assessed the situation in absolutely no time. He was very professional, knowledgeable and confident. He took his time explaining what was needed and made sure I understood. He made his offer, which was very fair, and I did not feel like he was trying to take me for a loop because I was a woman.
