Apple Oil Company

I can't praise the team at Apple Oil enough for their outstanding prompt response during a recent heating oil emergency. I reached out to them in a bit of a panic when I realized my home had run out of heating oil last Friday. The response from Apple Oil was incredibly swift. The driver (Chris) arrived at my doorstep promptly and wasted no time in getting my furnace up and running. His level of professionalism was impressive, and the team worked efficiently to resolve the issue. I felt a sense of relief as they not only addressed the emergency promptly but also provided excellent service with a friendly demeanor. I highly commend Apple OIl for their quick and effective response in a time-sensitive situation. They have definitely earned my trust as a reliable and professional service provider.

I HAVE BEEN A LONG TIME CUSTOMER OF APPLE OIL AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN AMAZING. EVERYONE IN THE OFFICE IS PROFESSIONAL AND THEY REALLY TAKE GOOD CARE OF THERE CUSTOMERS. THEY ARE VERY UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT IS GOING ON IN THE WORLD TODAY AND TRY THERE BEST TO WORK WITH YOU. THEY ARE AVAILAVE 24/7 WHEN I RAN OUT OF OIL AT 2AM AND THEY CAME RIGHT OUT TO TAKE CARE OF ME. HIGHLY RECOMMEND APPLE OIL!

Terrible experience, The owner, Sam Livieri is rude, disrespectful and makes attempts to shame his customers if they are unhappy with service. This company offers no apologies, or any service recovery action. Apple Oil allows their customers oil tanks run bone dry in the dead of winter, and become upset with the customer if they exhibit any type of irritation with their incompetence. I hope they do not try to bill me twice for their error. Cancelling this contract tomorrow. BUYER BEWARE!

Everything was great, before calling them I asked for 4 quotes and theirs was the cheapest even though they were offering the best quality tank with 20 years of warranty, they also transferred de oil from the old tank to the new one without charging an extra fee, others quotes charged extra for doing this.

They are not good. I have to get them back out to my house because my furnace has been out since about May 23. I have had a maintenance contract with them for about two years. I had 4 inches of water in my crawl space as a result of leaking furnace pipes dating from the time of the install and their service man would not go into the crawl space because it was wet.  I am going to call the owner and complain. The man who came out seems to be a nice guy, but I have problems with their work. They were on time for their appointment.

THEY ARE FINE AND PERSONABLE. THEIR WORK IS GOOD. THEY COME WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE. THEY ARE GOOD AND PERFORM THIS WORK ANNUALLY RIGHT BEFORE THE WINTER SO THAT WE ARE SURE OUR FURNACE WILL RUN PROPERLY. IT IS A PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE WHERE WE WOULD RATHER PAY A HUNDRED SOME DOLLARS THAN A COUPLE THOUSAND WHEN SOMETHING GOES WRONG.

I HAVE BEEN DOING RESEARCH ON OIL COMPANIES AND I USED THEM. I HAD RUN OUT OF WATER AND I CALLED THEM. THEY CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY. THEY ARE VERY PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. I FOUND THEM TO HAVE ONE OF THE BETTER PRICES IN THE AREA.
