Getting a tune up appointment which they claim pays for the contract fee is impossible to get if they even keep it. In the 12 years I was with them maybe 4 tune ups happened as most of the time they are booked 6-12 months out. That’s how backup they are on this pre Covid Second I put my deliveries on hold and they sent me a cancellation fee. A few that was never disclosed in the email I agreed to (see attachment) after disputing it and saying they never disclosed it they sent me the bill again now with late fees. After 12 years and 10’s of thousands of dollars this is how they treat a long standing customer. Run but not to Petro as that’s the same company. Go to Slomins instead.

Meenan is a reliable, easy to reach company. They are professional and clean and the price is fair. I much prefer them over our last oil company.

We called as an emergency for a leaking pipe Meenan was here quickly and found multiple spots leaking. They showed us each area so we could see what was going on. The service guy stayed to make sure everything was repaired and that there were no more problems. Will definitely call Meenan again for both our plumbing and heating needs.

The oil was delivered on time (actually early). Boiler service was done very professionally, they changed the filter and performed a multicheck on the boiler

They replace my old boiler from my old boiler room to new boiler room. But all control bulled don't remove from the old room and the emergency switches also don't remove from garage. Also chimney conn It's no expected from MEENAN. I am a old customer and this service I never seen before. And I call Meenan for solve the problem but they didn't response . If I will see this type of work again I will think about as a Meenan customer.

Buyer beware!!! They'll sell you a "service contract" for an outrageous amount you pay monthly. Yet? They just couldn't fit us into their schedule for a yearly maintenance checkup? We were Devoted Meenan customers 20+ years and were left with NO oil delivery during a noreaster 2 years ago. All the Meenan/Petro customers were calling for 2 weeks because they too were left dry. Their phone lines were busy 24/7 during this 2 week time. Run!!!

Have a service contract with them. I got great oil pricing and a great price on the service contract.

Meenan did a wonderful job replacing by boiler and how water heater as well as well as helping with financing the job. Their customer service has always been very helpful, patient and professional.

Everything was installed in record time, even though a snow storm had come the day before installation.
