Getting a tune up appointment which they claim pays for the contract fee is impossible to get if they even keep it. In the 12 years I was with them maybe 4 tune ups happened as most of the time they are booked 6-12 months out. That’s how backup they are on this pre Covid Second I put my deliveries on hold and they sent me a cancellation fee. A few that was never disclosed in the email I agreed to (see attachment) after disputing it and saying they never disclosed it they sent me the bill again now with late fees. After 12 years and 10’s of thousands of dollars this is how they treat a long standing customer. Run but not to Petro as that’s the same company. Go to Slomins instead.

Buyer beware!!! They'll sell you a "service contract" for an outrageous amount you pay monthly. Yet? They just couldn't fit us into their schedule for a yearly maintenance checkup? We were Devoted Meenan customers 20+ years and were left with NO oil delivery during a noreaster 2 years ago. All the Meenan/Petro customers were calling for 2 weeks because they too were left dry. Their phone lines were busy 24/7 during this 2 week time. Run!!!

We called as an emergency for a leaking pipe Meenan was here quickly and found multiple spots leaking. They showed us each area so we could see what was going on. The service guy stayed to make sure everything was repaired and that there were no more problems. Will definitely call Meenan again for both our plumbing and heating needs.

The 3 man installation crew were outstanding. Very efficient, clean and courteous..

Fuel tank guys were amazing. After spending $15k for the work I had to have Meenan come back three times. Once for water leaking from an over tightened fitting and twice for no heat calls. Also, I had an issue with “wash down”. This occurs with new energy efficient boilers that don’t send as much heat up through the chimney, thus condensation occurs and that condensation runs back down into the boiler and then spills a sooty discharge all over my floor that I needed to scrape up with a spackle knife. I needed to have a stainless chimney liner installed. The rep that sold me this equipment should have told me this. The mech that came to check out the chimney told me that “wash down” can destroy a boiler. Also, Meenan’s billing department is horrendous.

The dispatcher was caring and handled my concerns promptly. The work was completed in a timely manner. The repairman was both professional and knowledgeable. He he made sure my concerns were all addressed. When the work was completed he cleaned the area thoroughly. I would highly recommend Meenan for future jobs.
