"The techs were good but $1100 for a thermostat repair is outrageous even subtracting the $400 emergency for a Saturday job. The salesman struggled to justify the numbers. Due to this experience I will not consider Grasshopper for a large upcoming project (AC heat pump)."

I was offered an appointment first thing in the morning the very next day or an after hours visit that night. I decided to do the morning appointment and Will was there first thing. He was able to assess and fix my problem in less than 30 minutes and was very transparent and affordable on pricing, and was a good with communication.
