They responded quickly with our problem with our furnace. They sent people who are professional and efficient. They repaired our furnace quickly and well.

I called in the morning when I noticed the metal pipe that connected the water heater to the vent had fallen apart. The water heater was venting directly into the basement. A technician arrived that afternoon and installed a new one.

On a cold Saturday in January the boiler stopped working. Because I have an indirect water heater, there was no heat and no hot water. Called Bourque Mechanical and left message in the emergency mailbox. The technician called me back and arrived a little over an hour after my call. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad ignition controller. He had a replacement on his truck and quickly replaced it. He stayed to ensure the boiler was working properly. He was very professional and clearly explained the issue as well as answering my questions about the other control and exhaust systems associated with the boiler.

We would highly recommend this firm for any HVAC project you have. Everyone was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They performed all the work on schedule (which included removing a very old, heavy furnace) and cleaned the work area when they finished. The installers (Nate and Pete) gave us instructions about operation when they finished and made sure our questions were answered and the estimator (Shane) kept us informed every step of the way relative to scheduling and provided the necessary backup for warranty. They have been in business for 30 plus years and we can see why.

I have a company who installed my furnace and has been doing a yearly maintenance check for their warranty. I would say when I had to call them in an heat emergency. They were evry responsive. i'd recommend them to other people.

He was friendly, courteous, and efficient. He also showed me how to fix some minor issues myself if they ever happen again. I thought the price was reasonable, though I have nothing to compare it to.

This was my first time using them. Their pricing was in line with everything. Their quality of work was very, very good. It's the comfort level that keeps me going back to them. It's hard to find people to do HVAC work sometimes, but since I found one that did it well for me, I stuck with them.

Excellent. Technician Dan came on time, did a careful and thorough check, refreshed the freon, and made certain to check out a recent problem. During the very hot stretch, water collected on the floor around the furnace and inside on the filter, etc. Dan made sure all components were fully functional and explained the likely causes of the water. He is an extremely capable service provider. Wish there was a senior discount.

Fabulous!!!! This is such a great small business!! Dan disconnected the A/C and brought a shovel, soldering iron, and cleaned it. I wish I had a proper picture of the 20 year mess that awaited him. He connected a new hose, refilled the refrigerant and packed more dirt to fortify the A/C in case rain compromised it's level setting. I'm such a fan of this small business!! They are as reliable as my 20 year A/C - If they built houses, they could do my remodel. Award winning service and staff. Please treat them well!! Best wishes again!!
