[Member Name Removed], We are sorry for your frustration but we did offer to send one of OUR technicians out to take a look at what the issue was. Unfortunately we will not pay one of our competitors to go out to inspect a gas leak on something that was installed years ago. Second to that... the original installation that your reviewing about was an oil to gas conversion which means National Grid inspected the line and needs to test an appliance in order to even receive a gas mater. Gas leaks can occur a later point from a number of scenarios that are out of our control. But, again, after your installation, National Grid would have done a pressure test and inspection in order to set your NEW meter.Service Provider Response
