"What an amazing experience! It is very rare to find a business with a group of people who are as knowledgeable, personable, professional, and reliable as the family who owns The Climate Chief. I am one of those customers who really do their homework, from buying toasters to installing insulation and everything in between. I also ask a LOT of questions. (Not all vendors love that!) It took me a couple of weeks to find a company that could provide the exact solution I needed for my home. I use the word solution because they did not just say, **Here is the insulation we sell. This is the cost** They actually took the time to evaluate my entire attic and home to find the combination of things that made the most **big picture** sense. I was especially impressed with the care they took to mask off the rest of the house each day and return it to original state at night. We had a small issue with closing the hatch and they came back immediately to fix the next day. In fact, Paul insisted on fixing it himself even though I said I could. "I was really impressed with the quality and professionalism we received from Correct Energy. They gave us a fair price and performed the work almost immediately after the consultation. The end result was unbelievable too. The second floor is usually so hot but after the spray foam even without AC the temperature change was drastic, and it's far less noisy as well. I was also impressed with how well they taped off the walls, floors, and electrical to cut down on the mess afterwards. I didn't have to do any cleanup at all.
