Gutter Helmet of Eastern, NY was installing gutters on my house within 3 days of talking to their Product Rep. The 3 people that installed my Gutter Helmet system were early, professional and done with installation within a few hours. I am so glad I chose this company to install my Gutter system on my new house. Two days after installation we had a severe downpour of rain and this system worked perfectly . I would recommend this company to anyone who needed new Gutters.

Excellent work and customer service from start to finish. They showed up on time as promised, which was almost an hour drive for them, and the team was ready to work. They did a professional job, going over the details before they started as well as explaining everything they did when they were finished with the installation. They even followed up with a phone call a day or two later to make sure I was satisfied with the job and the product. Highly recommended,

Very personable from presentation to finish. Installers arrived at the scheduled time, explained the process to take place and acted as professionals the entire time. When the job was completed, the workers did their clean up and thanked me for allowing them to serve me. Customer service was outstanding. Highly recommend this service.

We are a previous customer of Gutter Helmet and just had a brand new roof installed. We wanted to upgrade our high capacity gutter from 5 inch to 6 inch and to install new Gutter Helmets on several other gutters on our home. The Sales Manager Steve Sylvain and Installation Maneger Larry Perrotti worked with us to answer our questions and to help us select the best panels for our application. The Installation crews (Cosmo, Dillon and Cameron) did an excellent job to ensure that both the homeowner's needs and roofing contractor's requirements were addressed.

They came unprepared. Was not able to do a job. Said I needed another appointment. Could be into Dec. I was never called for another appointment and I try to reach Larry he never called back. There were lies! Could it be they are waiting for another job in this area? I signed in good faith, gave them check for half of the job! This is not how you treat an 81 yr. old woman with health problems! When I ask a worker for the office phone number I was told they were not allowed to give it out, I can get the White House number, not theirs? My question is this how they treat 81 yr. old woman? The answer is YES.
