"I wrote another review rating Window World with a C. This was because the salesman and people in showroom who promised to get back to me, did not. Took about 8 wks for delivery and first delivery did not go well. Thankfully we said do not destroy old door before we examine new one. The door had two different side lites! We had to send it back to factory and wait a couple of weeks for another one. Kimberly Taylor who I finally asked to deal with exclusively was great. She got us money off our bill for all our frustration and was professional, returned calls and very responsive. The second door looked good except it had a small dent in the base plate. We accepted it anyway with a few dollars off again because we really did not want to wait till spring (It was Dec..&I live in snowy area) so we will live with it. I would probably use them again because of their pricing and quality when right door is sent but I would only deal with Kimberly throughout process. I wish I could give it a B- because Kimberly was so helpful - but can only rate without + or -."

He installed a heater fan in the bathroom ceiling, repaired two ceiling with water damage, installed a new storm door and repaired en exterior window frame that had multiple areas that were rotting. No job was too small. Because of his quality workmanship, I did not hesitate to call him after a sump pump failure caused a finish basement to be flooded. He made sure that he was on site when the insurance adjuster arrived. It made the whole process more complete, and he was able to answer the adjuster's questions better than I could have."

"Stu did our kitchen years ago, and helped us put in a huge fence. We of course need new fence by this time, but kitchen is perfect and will be so for many more years, even though it needs fresh paint- my job. "After requesting services, Etmond contacted me quickly and scheduled me right away. He was prompt, polite and very professional. Our porch needed repairs as the floor boards were popping up and some were dropping down. The base of each post that supports the roof, were falling apart. Etmond was a pro! He knew what was wrong and fixed all the unsafe floor boards and secured both ends of the porch (something the original installer failed to do). Etmond also replaced all post supports with the proper product. Our porch is now safe to walk on and we can't thank him enough for the excellent work he did. We will be contacting him again for some indoor projects I have in mind."
