Fixed Generator Installation
The installation team was very professional, knew their stuff, and cleaned up well outside. They explained the operation and maintenance of the generator. They gave me hints on setting up the remote monitoring, and their in-house expert completed the setup. I was surprised to find some excess parts and cables on the floor of the basement after they left.

Generator installed today ahead of scheduled date. The two guys were super nice and kept me informed of everything they were doing. They cleaned up after themselves, and before they left went over all aspects of the generator. Also told me if any questions don't hesitate to call. These guys are pros!!! Great service from initial sales to complete installation. They took care of everything from permits to start up. They worked with me with my aggressive dog, they gave me no grief with not being able to come into the living area of our home even though it meant more walking to use the bilco door to get access to the basement. They completed the job from start to finish in about 6 hours as promised. I donâ t think I could have had a better experience.

My project was fairly difficult since the transfer switch was far from the generator on the opposite end of the house. But my installer, Ivan, was up to the task, even though it took longer than usual. The final project turned out great, and I can hardly wait for the power to go out so I can experience having the lights stay on without having to go out to the garage and hook up my portable generator.

I signed a contract in August . I was assured that it would be installed sometime in October but no later than mid November. As of today December 15 the installation has not started. It was critical to have this generator installation to operate my wife s medical equipment. I find this to be very unacceptable.
