From beginning to end, this process has been seamless. Hurricane Home Solutions isn’t just a sales outfit, but also services the products they sell, as well as installs them. Dean was our sales representative and provided a fair quote and provided several options for home standby generators and the reasons for his recommendations. When I had a propane contractor selected, I called the office and they coordinated the installation date for me. That way the propane contractor and the installation team would be available on the same day. And I also know when I need service, the company that sold it and installed it will be the servicing technicians as well.

Nat and Sam were really good to me!! Nat especially kept me informed every step of the way with everything they were doing while installing my generator. If I had any questions they had no problem telling me what was happening and why they were doing that. I would recommend Hurricane Home Solutions to all my friends.
Apologies to Dean for forgetting to start with him who was the first person I met with regarding the generators and he also was excellent in explaining the difference with the generators I was checking out. By the time we were through talking I knew which generator I wanted and what the expensive was going to be and my decision was made.
With every person I spoke with involving the company I have to say I am completely confident that Hurricane Home Solutions is an excellent company to do business with. Thank you all

Fixed Generator Installation
The installation team was very professional, knew their stuff, and cleaned up well outside. They explained the operation and maintenance of the generator. They gave me hints on setting up the remote monitoring, and their in-house expert completed the setup. I was surprised to find some excess parts and cables on the floor of the basement after they left.

Generator installed today ahead of scheduled date. The two guys were super nice and kept me informed of everything they were doing. They cleaned up after themselves, and before they left went over all aspects of the generator. Also told me if any questions don't hesitate to call. Very very happy with the work they did and would highly recommend Hurricane Homes

These guys are pros!!! Great service from initial sales to complete installation. They took care of everything from permits to start up. They worked with me with my aggressive dog, they gave me no grief with not being able to come into the living area of our home even though it meant more walking to use the bilco door to get access to the basement. They completed the job from start to finish in about 6 hours as promised. I donâ t think I could have had a better experience.

My project was fairly difficult since the transfer switch was far from the generator on the opposite end of the house. But my installer, Ivan, was up to the task, even though it took longer than usual. The final project turned out great, and I can hardly wait for the power to go out so I can experience having the lights stay on without having to go out to the garage and hook up my portable generator.
