Herman Exterior Homes more than exceeded my expectations. I received 3 estimates and they were the lowest of the 3 by a significant amount. More importantly than the price was responsiveness. Brandon kept in constant contact with me throughout the process. I cannot sing their praises enough. I would highly recommend them for any roof job, big or small.

I am a retired construction supervisor and I know good workmanship . We went with arcetect shingles and went with everlast siding and the quality says it all. House looks fantastic and most importantly stayed with in our budget ,great job Santi and crew. I highly recommend this company.

The crew was excellent, and very hard working. The final result was fantastic, the siding is beautiful. They cleaned up everything when they were finished.

They were very professional from start to finish. I loved the honesty in what I needed and didnâ t need. Example: When Santiago came to check on the work he pin pointed the trouble areas and noted that the plywood was still in good condition and did not need replacing. MONEY SAVER! When the roofers were done everything was back as it was and cleaned like they were never there. Except for my new roof! We hired Herman Exterior Homes to replace the roof on our house and shed, and had an excellent experience. From the salesperson to the roofing team to the owner, everyone was very professional and exceeded our expectations. They tented our entire house to protect our landscaping, worked very efficiently as a team, and cleaned up after themselves. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right, like adding ridge caps where they weren’t before and removing our old gutters in order to install the drip edge properly — all without charging us more. We’ve already recommended them to two other homeowners and plan to hire them again to do our gutters. Five stars, highly recommend.

The Roof work was great, but it took a bit to get there. Had a little trouble with the financing and they switched the work date we agreed upon. But in the end the roof is great!

Brandon was a pleasure to work with. He answered all my extra questions within a timely manner. He made time to come out when my husband would be home which was later at night. He was personable and friendly. The price was within other quotes that we received. Santiago came out and met with me and talked with me about what was going to be done and when, They were there on time on a Saturday and had the job completed in one day. We had three roofs to be replaced. Everything came out looking great! We have some other projects that we would like to get done and we will be calling them to get quotes on those when we are ready to tackle them. Thank you for such a positive experience!

Did an amazing job all the way around. They completed a total replacement of our roof in one afternoon and left our yard fresh and clean despite all the old debris. They were on time, respectful and got the job done right. I intend to contact them again if we need any more work done and suggest you do the same.

They had an incredibly organized, efficient, hardworking team. In 8 hours they removed the old shingles, put down new decking as required, installed new shingles and did complete impeccable cleanup. Highly recommend to all. Of the 5 estimates I got they were also the lowest. Thank you. Great job.

Hired them for hotel work. They are reasonable priced. Explained what our problem was and how to fix it with no hidden cost.

Very friendly and courteous. The price is much more affordable than those by the filter and guard companies. The other two guarantee lifetime... ha? For 4/5 grands? The gutter installed may not be as hardy n efficient but pretty close with the price around at least 30% off.

I originally hired Herman Exteriorto install gutters. I found them to be so professional, skilled, and passionate about their work that i hired them to install the roof. They were respectful of my home and gardens. When the job was finished my yard was left immaculate. Santi and Christian were special. Honest, helpful and funny. I just cannot say enough good things about these guys and the company. One of the best decisions I've ever made...my home looks wonderful and it was a fun ride from the first meeting to the very end.
