We specialize in severely comprised foundation issues. We can elevate, level, pier or replace a wall or your entire foundation. We do not do mudjacking, waterproofing or minor crack repair.

I am a NYS licensed Professional Engineer specializing in Fire Escape Inspections required by apartment building owners when they are renewing their Certificate of Occupancy. Have been successfully completing these inspections and reports since 2019 shortly after the requirement went into effect.
