I had designed my own floor plan and was looking for a laid-back architect who would take my plans and turn them into final, structural plans. My contractor recommended Kevin and when I met him I knew he was the architect for me. Kevin proved to be a great architect. He took my plans and perfected them. He did this in a very timely manner through good and prompt communication. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends.

Kevin is punctual, very friendly and polite, and was very easy to work with. He did a very nice job listening to what we wanted/needed in order to work around some of the quirks in this old Park Avenue House and offered many helpful suggestions. I take a while to process information and Kevin was very patient while I took (probably) longer that usual to make decisions. We communicated by e-mail and phone, he sent drafts by e-mail as well, and he was willing to stop by when needed. All of the contractors we talked to said he did a nice job as well.
