New Life PaintingRay and his guys did a great job on my home. They begain by power washing the house, scrapped all the loose paint, caulking where needed to be caulked and even replaced some of the bad siding the contractor before them missed. It took several days to complete the job and were here two weeks as I added other jobs along the way. Ray spray painted the whole house first then the guys went to work on the trim and windows. Then they went back to look for anything missed and touched up. I had the guys replace bad boards on my deck and they stained the deck to match the color of the trex I had them put on the bottom deck. Spot on! I also had them replace some plumbing and lastly one of my main beams in the garage cracked and even though they were done with my job Ray responded right away and the guys came over repairing the problem. Very pleased with the workmanship, attention to detail and overall they made sure when they left we were satisfied. Work was top notch and prices very very reasonable. Ray and his crew were very polite and willing to work with us in whatever ways we wished. They were able to make all of the repairs we needed and did an excellent job. They kept their equipment picked up at the end of each work day. They made sure that we were satisfied with their work and asked frequently if we were happy with the job they were doing. Ray and his guys did a great job on my home. Well, I learned my lesson. Avoid this unprofessional company at all costs. They are not good for their word, they will not complete the work as contracted, and will damage your property. A month later and peeling and bubbling paint. Doors stick, all the windows got painted (which were supposed to not get paint) windows were damaged when they tried to remove the paint they got on windows. Massive amounts of glitter dropped on my property, and once they realized it was there they then proceeded to drop it in my hot tub. Garbage left all over my property during the job. All repairs done with putty that they have never used on a job before. When asked if they were proud and if this was their best work, I was told no. And that it became more work than they thought, which I’m guessing is why they skipped a lot of the prep work. Had the owner email me with a few hours notice that she was demanding almost complete payment (in cash) and that she was on the way to get it. And that was because they couldn’t afford to pay their employees. The contract clearly stated that payment would be upon completion. Paid extra money for sanding that never got finished. All around, I got ripped off by a very unprofessional group. One of them did make a few goodwill efforts and did some of the concrete repairs on the back for free. And the concrete work looks far better than the paint. That’s about the only positive to come from it. Now I will need to pay a real painting company to come repair this .
