"They were supposed to mow my lawn every three weeks. The first week they dug up my lawn in the back of my house because my yard is not exactly flat. And instead of using a gas mower that you use by hand or using a trimmer to cut the grass, they just left it & said they will return and fix everything up in a week. But they never came as promised & just let the grass grow over the dug up dirt. I didn't complain or say anything as I like to not make waves. Also I had some chairs & other stuff covering the front of my yard. Instead of removing it and cutting the grass near that space, they just left the stuff there and didn't cut the grass. I had to call them to come which was annoying. The lady that answer the phone would speak so low I could not hear her & I would be screaming and she said she couldn't hear me, which was not true. Today she said they don't work in Syracuse. I was growing to quit anyway since my broken hand is better & their work wasn't work the price they charged."

"Absolutely terrible experience with Loomis Construction. We had them pour a concrete job that cost over $10,000, and it did not even last one winter. The surface pitted and deteriorated badly, which should not happen with quality workmanship. Since March, we have been trying to get them to stand behind their work, but it is been nothing but excuses and flat-out lies. They claimed they stopped by our house to inspect the damage ?yet we had already sent them detailed pictures and videos, and after reviewing our security camera footage, it is clear they never came by. They also promised to cut a sample for testing but never followed through. After five months of getting blown off, we sent a certified letter, which they refused to sign for. In trying to get their LLC information, we found out we are not the only ones ?other people are suing them for the same issues. We have now filed a lawsuit as well. Do not hire this company.
