Details: When in the first hour or two Egli Plumbing saw a problem with the new replacement heater they'd brought with (apparently this is very rare), they spent the time to get another new replacement heater the same day (Sunday), then got it installed and tested, also the same day. I personally brought our delivered hot water tank down to the basement since home depot just left it by the door Niko called me to the basement to show me a dent after they took it out of the box but he assured me it did not effect the tank I told him it was probably getting it to the basement but I appreciate his thoroughness They drained the old installed the new wrapped up the packaging for recycling made sure I knew the settings and how to change and took the old one with them. Their work space was tight and they did not complain they were done in an hour and a half. I was so pleased I gave them a gratuity over and beyond the fee. Totally recommend them"
