Richie and Vinny did an excellent job on the repair of my steps and stucco wall repair.

He is very good. He is the person you want to be recommending. He know what he is doing.

First they came to rip up a section of basement floor so we could add a bathroom. Richie worked around my plumbers schedule so it worked out perfectly. Then he came back to fill that basement floor and concrete my backyard. I had an existing piece of concrete that needed to be broken and removed and the yard had to be graded badly. Other contractors said it would take 2-4 days. Richie and his guys did it in 1 day. He came back the next day when the concrete was dry to clean up. I wasn't able to be there. I got home later that evening and noticed a few minor issues. I called Richie at 7pm to talk about it. He was at my house 20 minutes later to resolve anything he could right then. Then came back the next day again to make sure I was 100% satisfied. From the estimate to job completion, Richie was all class and nothing but professional. Very fair priced also. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Mr brickman.

Vinny, Richie and their team were wonderful to work with. Showed up on time, did a great job, were neat and clean and finished the job in a timely manner. I've already scheduled them to come do some other work on my home. Very pleased and would recommend them highly.

Richie and Vinny are great guys who stand behind their work. I called them about a leak in my basement, which they had fixed a year ago. They came over ASAP, turned out it was a slow leak in hot water heater. I can't recommend them highly enough. Very nice guys. Joe in New Dorp

This really positive review started and ended with Richie and the way that he conducts business. We were certainly very pleased with the outcome and quality of the job, but what impressed us the most was every interaction we had with Richie. Richie came to the house exactly when he said he would - gave us a very fair/reasonable estimate and never pressured us. Once we decided to go with Mr Brickman, Richie scheduled the work and stuck to the schedule. He came back before the work was started to go over everything again (at that time he gave estimates to our neighbor who also had work done and was very pleased). The night before, Richie sent me a text to outline the schedule and scope of work for the next day (that is the first time a contractor has every done that). Richie and his crew showed up on time, worked continuously - Richie and his partner Vinnie were both involved in the actual work. The work was finished in the stated time. Richie then came back twice to address small issues/concerns we had - he answered our questions patiently. He came back once more to fill in a small seam by the new steps that we noticed. We are very happy with our experience thanks to Richie's dedication to customer service - we would highly recommend Mr. Brickman.

Vincent, Richard and their crew were total professionals. From the initial meeting to getting the required NYC permit and providing certificate of worker’s compensation, Vincent’s business acumen was helpful and the required paperwork was promptly delivered. Mr. Brickman’s crew was respectful of the surrounding properties, cleaned up the work area, and completed the repairs/ replacement sidewalks in one day. The work passed the city’s sidewalk requirements on its first inspection. I would hire them again without hesitation.

Awesome. After many "experts" in waterproofing basements examined my problem, Richie of Mr Brickman Waterproofing examined my water problem even after I had a competitor do faulty work. He diagnosed the problem (a broken pie after careful examination for no fee!!! He also saw the urgency and referred a plumber to stop the water flow into my basement from behind my finished basement wall. His response was immediate and professional and unlike the other professionals he diagnosed the problem correctly and never charged a fee. There are no other contractors I know that would ever extend themselves to that extent. I wholeheartedly recommend this man and trust him with a any/all repairs done in my home!

Richie was great to work with. Prompt. Professional and competent. He was able to deliver a solution for a long-time problem of water leaking into basement. Great work and I highly recommend him. Competitively priced. Work involved digging down along back basement wall, fixing cracks and fissures, resealing, and refilling trench, replacing patio tiles. Filling cracks and fissures on interior wall, resealing and coating with mold-proof covering. No leaks after work done.

Contacted Richie for an estimate he came when he said he would.We discussed what I wanted done and he gave me a fair estimate and a promised date he would break ground on the back of his card.Well that day came and went he was a no show.When I called his service I was told he would call me later that day that due to the weather he was backed up.Later that day he did call me back but could not remember me or the job.After reminding him he remembered me and said that he forgot and he was backed up to the weather.He told me he could get the job done the next which was a holiday week Fourth of July week.I guess my $1,900 job was not that important.No thanks rich you can’t be trusted.

The men did a great job and my house looks outstanding. The work from this company was professional, neat and clean and done right on time when promised. The price was reasonable and even last minute changes were done with no problem. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Richie and crew did an excellent job by digging up and repairing 3 major cracks in my foundation. They were punctual, fast and efficient. Had several rain storms since and no water leaks.

Richie, Jimmy and the crew arrived as stated promptly, worked very hard, and finished the job quickly and professionally. I am very satisfied with the new front steps and the fix for the trip hazard on my front sidewalk. They cleaned up my driveway and hosed it down also. Partners Richie, Vinny, and their workers are very efficient and professional workers. They were very meticulous, and also very generous in the amount of poured concrete they provided. The rainwater now flows smoothly away from my home. They worked extremely hard removing large stones and providing the right pitch in the front slope of my home. The retaining wall they installed was of good quality. I would definitely recommend them, and use their services again. They are true craftsmen.

The stone walk was efficiently and professionally reset and was even better than the original walk. The team patiently applied the small river stones in the wet cement as per my direction. The team was knowledgeable, courteous and attentive to requests. Richie and Vinnie supervised the overall job performed by a skilled team. They made every effort to address my wishes regarding the desired finished look of the walk. Clean-up was perfect and the team even repositioned the border stones I had placed around the walk adjacent to several plant beds for a most attractive final result! The team also remortered loose bricks on the front steps and removed a deeply embedded previous concrete fence post that protruded on the grass outside the front fence. Again, both jobs performed in a timely and professional manner.
