He brought the right equipment and finished the job in less than 10 minutes. He found a leak in the spout and shower head. He offered to replace them for a great price. "They were very professional he confirmed our appointment and our agreement. He kept me posted on arrival times traffic was horrid coming from Brooklyn to queens. I personally brought our delivered hot water tank down to the basement since home depot just left it by the door Niko called me to the basement to show me a dent after they took it out of the box but he assured me it did not effect the tank I told him it was probably getting it to the basement but I appreciate his thoroughness They drained the old installed the new wrapped up the packaging for recycling made sure I knew the settings and how to change and took the old one with them. Their work space was tight and they did not complain they were done in an hour and a half. I was so pleased I gave them a gratuity over and beyond the fee. Totally recommend them"
