He open the ceiling fixed the pipes because it was leaking. Did not put sheet rock ro replace ceiling. Now there is no water in my home and second floor. He replaced gas line in stove now there is gas smell in kitchen. Called several times no answer. Expensive and shoddy job.

They were very professional he confirmed our appointment and our agreement. He kept me posted on arrival times traffic was horrid coming from Brooklyn to queens. I personally brought our delivered hot water tank down to the basement since home depot just left it by the door Niko called me to the basement to show me a dent after they took it out of the box but he assured me it did not effect the tank I told him it was probably getting it to the basement but I appreciate his thoroughness They drained the old installed the new wrapped up the packaging for recycling made sure I knew the settings and how to change and took the old one with them. Their work space was tight and they did not complain they were done in an hour and a half. I was so pleased I gave them a gratuity over and beyond the fee. Totally recommend them

Niko Spirollari and Dori did an excellent job in replacing three (3) radiator valves. One of the valves required a pipe to be replaced. They contacted me immediately upon my request for a quote and they were able to come the very next day to do the job. They gave me a very reasonable estimate for this job and only charged me the cost of an extra valve for the labor and parts to replace a damaged pipe. The entire job took about 2 hours. They placed down work blankets to protect the carpet and they vacuumed the work areas and removed the old valves upon completing the job. They were very informative, efficient and professional. I was very pleased with the work and cost of this project. I have hired them before to replace my hot water tank and install a kitchen faucet and I would definitely hire them for future plumbing projects.

Professional and did a great job

When our boiler failed and needed to be replaced I remembered using Niko and his team for another plumbing job. I gave him a call for assistance in replacing our busted boiler. Like before he was responsive and immediately gave us a quote for replacement and a timeline. His team showed up when he said they would and worked through the day to replace the boiler. They were clean, pleasant to deal with and they were all work. They replaced our boiler in a day, cleaned up and were done in a few hours. I highly recommend Niko and his team.

Niko was professional and did a great job fixing a leaking pipe to my water heater.

Niko was great. He got back to me right away on a sunday night when our water heater broke and was very communicative the entire time, showing up the next day when he said he would and doing the work as planned. He also went above and beyond by chipping away at some cement in order to get the unit into the basement. Great work and great service at a fair price.

I hired Niko to replace a toilet for me and I believe the workmanship is excellent. I was however a little taken aback at the total cost, and so, there was some friction there and I wanted to see what the cost of the toilet was, etc. Niko contacted me back very promptly, explained everything to my satisfaction, and I am overall a satisfied customer. That kind of prompt communication and honest feedback is definitely a mark of a good company.

Upon requesting an estimate to install a new water heater, Niko contacted me immediately and provided me with a very good price for purchasing and installing the new water heater and removing the old one. I had no hot water and needed the job done ASAP. Niko arrived within less than 2 hours, installed the new water heater within 2 hours with no problem. He also installed two new shut off valves (the hot valve was missing and the cold valve was very old) and a new faucet for my kitchen sink, which I had already purchased, all for a very good price. Niko and Dori worked together very well. They were very polite, accommodating, worked quickly and left everything neat and clean. I highly recommend them and will definitely employ them again for future plumbing projects.

Very professional from the beginningâ very upfront and honest about the work and cost. Timely and hardworking. Cannot say enough good things about this experience. It all went so smoothly and got done in about 6 hours when they were originally predicting two days. I also asked for a faucet install at tue last minute and they quickly accommodated and charged a reasonable price.

Niko and Dori came and fixed two leaks in my heating system. They arrived a half hour BEFORE the agreed upon time ready to work. They explained the problem and the remedy.
