Company was responsive, and provided a quote over the phone after describing the issue and sending photos. The plumber came promptly within the time slot promised. He was polite, removed his shoes, went right to work, removing pull out cabinetry as needed to replace leaky pipe fixtures. He replaced everything as he found it. Highly recommend.

Was happy with them until they lied and told me the job would take six hours even though the actual plumber told me it would take a half hour. I assume this was to justify charging me $1300+, however, low and behold the job only took 45 minutes. No one stayed to monitor for leaks for 6 hours as I was told needed to be done. Feel ripped off and no one can explain why they charge me essentially $1800 per hour for the work performed.

They were affable and trusting, which made me feel comfortable. The prices were reasonable, and they got the job done.

They were fantastic. Prompt, courteous, professional, excellent workmanship.

Val, Is the most understanding human being I've met. He listened to my rant regarding my issue & made me pump my breaks. I was at my wits end & Val told me he was coming to help. He sent Robert, Robert is an amazing human being, he calmed my soul. He calmed me down & told me not to worry. He said he would fix it & he did just as he said. He had empathy/compassion for me & that went a long way. He cleaned up after & was very professional. I will tell the world about 24 Seven Plumbing, INC. Never will I call another plumber in my life. Very good service. They did what we asked them to do. The price is expensive, but the work performed very well.
