Jimmy is a true professional with a solid work ethic. I was given a clear quote for the work and a thorough explanation of what needed to be done. I would certainly call them again for any future plumbing work. We decided to go with JRS Maintenance for a leak in our cast iron water pipes, which later turned into a bigger job. The nearby pipes were already showing signs of decay, so after an honest conversation with Jimmy, we just settled on changing that whole section leading up to the small leak with PVC (a much-needed upgrade). He arrived on time and made sure to call in advance. The old plumbing came with some concerns, which were shared in advance, but overall the job went smoothly. No doubt due to Jimmy’s skills and experience. Overall, the job didn't break the bank and ended up saving us a big headache. Glad I chose JRS.

JRS Maintenance, Jimmy Ryan, and his helper just fixed two of our plumbing problems - a corroded pipe under the kitchen sink that leaked down through the floorboards to the basement, and a leaking radiator valve. They did a great job. He came right away on a Tuesday to look at the problem. I especially appreciate that he was thorough in his inspection and his detailed explanation of what was likely causing the problems, considering that the leak point was behind the cabinet wall and not visible. He prepared us for other eventualities. It turns out that his assessment of the problem was spot-on. The work he did is high quality, and his price is reasonable. He clearly knows his trade. This was the first time he did work for us, and we feel now we know a plumber we can trust and will definitely call him the next time we have a problem. Thank you!
