They arrived on time, protected the area surrounding the fireplace and discussed the approach they would use to clean the chimney. The original plan was to clean the chimney from the roof top down. They were thorough, neat and provided an explanation of what and why they were doing what they were doing. I personally like the idea that the owners are the ones doing the chimney cleaning.
