"The picture you are complainig about is just a before and after picture of a chimney that had a similar problem as yours so you can see whats wrong with your chimney and what it will look like when its done. We use this picture so you know what you're spending your money on before you spend it on something that you were unclear about. Naturally the picture got a little dirty being in a chimney van but there is absolutely nothing "shady" about it. The only reason we asked the check to be made out to cash is because it was just such a minor side job but if you felt uncomfortable you shouldve spoken up and made it out to the business which we would not have had a problem with at all. A cap and a crown for $125 is a GREAT price and we did a beautiful job which is the main thing. The fact that you would have a negative thing to say about the job you got is quite amazing to me but i'm glad i got the chance to explain if you were uncomfortasble with the job."

"We were actually very honest and fair with you and trust me you did need everything we told you you needed. The product we use is very expensive but lasts a lot longer than a cheap bag of cement which cracks in a couple years. If u had a problem with the price you shouldve spoken up about it and we would've tried to help you out with it as muich as possible rather than act like the price was fine then go on here and write a negative review. As far as the work you were'nt sure you needed, again if you wouldve spoken up we wouldve been glad to take pictures of what was wrong and explained it to you. Not in a bad way but your chimney had obviously been neglected prior to us working on it and for $700 dollars you now have a chimney in perfect condition that will last BECAUSE of the expensive high quality material that we used on it. I wish everyone that has something negative to say would express it to us in person so we can explain ourselves rather than act like they're totally happy then write a negative review. We pride ourselves on doing a quality job for a fair price and i hate to read reviews like this. I can confidently say that we are one of the few honest chimney companies around and if you had experience with other companies you would know that because all the other companies do is try to sell liners for thousands of dollars that are not even needed. I hope now you realize that you did in fact get a good price and are happy with our service and i would appreciate it if you would amend your review so people get a better perception of our company and would feel comfortable using us.
