About us
We are a company of 15 employees and are bilingual. Our main focus is on Commercial and Residential Cleaning. Our prices differs from Commercial and Residential. For Commercial clients we do cleaning every night including weekend cleaning for large and small offices. For Residential clients we do charge for an initial cleanup and then a regular price for cleaning. We do weekly, bi-weekly, every 3 weeks, once a month and everyday cleaning. We don't use subcontractors at this point. We are a cleaning service that provides many different forms of cleaning as I have described above. We are insured and bonded. We are reliable, honest and most of all trustworthy. After the initial clean, we will take $5 off the subsequent cleaning.

From their first day til now (about 2 1/2 years) have never been disappointed! Always in time, always pleasant and professional, and always through! Couches and tables moved, they are not surface cleaners… they get in every nook! Truly honest staff, dependable, and don’t miss a thing! As I mentioned, my children have asthma- and never a piece of dust in site! Would highly recommend!

If I have an issue, Helene addresses it quickly whether it giving specific instructions about what need additional attention or if I have an issue with one of her staff. I have been using All State for routine house cleaning for over 5 years. I feel compelled to post an updated review after a recent major cleaning after a kitchen renovation. The crew did a great job keeping the house as clean as possible while the work was ongoing, not an easy task, but once the work was done they came in and did a MAJOR clean up. I cannot say enough about the job they did. My home was left spotless in literally every nook and cranny. If you need routine or major cleaning you can't go wrong with All State.

I was extremely disappointed in the service I received. For what was supposed to be a deep cleaning, even things that should be covered in a standard cleaning were omitted, for example, dust left on top of the refrigerator and windowsills. There was very visible dirt and grime in the shower door track, the bathtubs were left dirty, and it was obvious the faucets hadn't even been turned on to clean them- when we tried to give my daughter a bath the first night we stayed in the house (two days after the cleaning service), the tub filed with muddy, dirty water that had settled in the pipes from not being used for several months. We still had some trim painting to finish up and had put painter's tape up so the lines would be clean. I specifically asked that the painter's tape NOT be removed because it was still needed, but they removed it anyway, and ripped the wallpaper in several places in the process. Not just small tears, either- one is about 6" long. The floor in the basement was left absolutely filthy, it was clear it hadn't been touched, even though I very specifically requested it be cleaned. I walked on the floor barefoot (thinking it was clean) and the bottom of my foot was completely covered in dust and dirt - I ended up leaving footprints, that's how bad it was. I found this company through Angi and intended to pay through Angi Pay so the service would be guaranteed. On the day of the service (the day before we were moving in), the owner told me she does not accept Angi Pay and would only accept cash. This made me very uncomfortable, but at this point it was too late to find someone else. Since I lived an hour away and was working the day of the service, I was put in the very awkward position of having to ask my father in law (who lives near the house) to front me the cash to cover the services. I expressed my discomfort of not being able to pay through Angi Pay to the owner and she assured me she would do a good job, and would provide me with a receipt. I have reached out multiple times over the past three weeks but have yet to receive one, nor have I gotten any response since the day after the service. We feel we have been ripped off. I will be reporting to BBB.

"First of all I had the paid receipt ready that night, I texted the client for her email address I wait 3-5 days to receive it. If it was so important the receipt the email address would have been in my email that night and I would have sent it out immediately. she was busy, then once I received it I was busy but it was ready that night. I did a walk through with her father in law who was very satisfied with the cleaning. I don't rip any of my clients off. That is slander to me my company and I will file a law suit against her for saying that. My issue is if she had issues with the cleaning, then how come I am hearing about this in a review 3 weeks later and she NEVER called me to complain. I would have went back there the next day to redo all the areas she complained about. There was paint all over the floor from the painter who never cleaned up his paint. I gave her a price and added her window cleaning in for FREE!. House was filthy. Bathrooms old rusted. I bring back lots of appliances to conditions that are useable and clean but her house was filthy. There was NEVER a call to say Helene I am not satisfied, can you come back fix certain areas and give me a chance to fix it. She slammed me on a review 3 weeks later. She NEVER said don't take the blue tape off for the painter! In the basement was filthy. we were only to clean 2 small cabinets, washer dryer and sweep the floors. I have NOT seen pictures. If I am unhappy with a service before I slam them, I call them, speak to the owner see if they can come back and fix my displeasures. This lady all she did was complain, slander, defame me she will pay the price with my attorney. Please read my reviews I take pride in making sure my customers are satisfied. If someone doesn't like it, I go back fix it to the persons satisfaction. I do not except AngiPay I only except cash. if she was so adamant about paying through angipay she could have went to another contractor. She never reached out that was a lie."

The girls who cleaned were INCREDIBLE. House has never looked better. Wish I could just hire them and not go through the rude manager. The reason for 1 star is solely Helene the “president” and her poor communication, rude and condescending attitude. Charged us $100 to clean “16-17 windows” when she confirmed it was only 8. (This after she said my husband said no windows- which he didn’t) make sure you get the pricing in writing as she likes to adjust the day of. (Was it 285? 265? And then mock me when I pull out the text to be sure) Hope she’s happy with her quick hundred bucks instead of the steady, returning customer. And I can’t stress enough how great the girls cleaned. I only paid the extra hundred bc they did such an amazing job and frankly we just wanted Helene out of our house.

"Folks if read my reviews I have never been rude and condensending to any of my customers. This lady is out of her mind. I treat everyone with respect all the time. Read my reviews and u will see. This lady told me it was 16-17 windows. I would have adjusted the price what she asked me what the price was. When she asked me if it was I remembered off the cuff and I didn’t go back to my email but I had it. Written down in my book so it I.made a mistake I am human and she went back in the email that I gave her and it was $265. Nobody said anything. Btw her husband never said anything about windows during the walk thru. So she writes I have 8 windows and then adds all these additional windows so it read as if she had 16-17. My girls were there in total 14 hours to he house was immaculate when we left. This lady has an attitude and nobody took Her Monday. I should have charge her double for all the work that was done but I always am fair and flexible In pricing when I can be. Attitude me u will never see that. She is outright wrong."

I ordered a cleaning service for my apartment. The company representative said she wanted to check out the apartment first. OK. We made an appointment for 10 AM - 11 AM on Wednesday. By 11:30 AM no one showed up so I called them. No response. I waited until 12:30 PM and called again. This time I got a text back that she had called me earlier and left a message (not true) and the she had a flat tire. Scheduling problems arise, but it is not acceptable to leave no messages. So I cancelled with this company and contacted another.

The job went along swimmingly!! The Manager/Coordinator was always (and timely) available via phone or in-person, the 2 cleaning staff were very industrious workers and they organized items on table tops & desks as they performed their cleaning work - the house has not looked this presentable in quite some time - going forward, I plan to use them for cleaning the house on a routine basis. If asked, I will highly recommend this company for similar work.

Terrible is an understatement. Pro-One of the two cleaning girls was very sweet. Con- Evenrything else. The cleaning was horrible. The "deep cleaning" seems more like a surface cleaning gone wrong. Bathrooms were not cleaned and I had to point out they were not . Not the sinks, tub, or showers. At which point the owner wanted me to tell her employees that they were still dirty. The owner claimed there is a "manager" who checks to make sure that everything is cleaned, but there was no manager. Plus I paying $300 to walk around and point out how its not cleaned???? They didn't even clean the kitchen sink..and I had to take everything out of the fridge so they could "wipe" it down. Which was not done either. They didn't even vacuum and claimed that they will not "run" around with a vacuum.Save your money and stay away. The owner is extremely rude and didn't even say goodbye or thank you.

"Now I have a chance to respond. This client is absolutely out of her mind my girls were there for at least 8 hours 2 ladies so 16 hours. We went above and behind even close to licking her floors. First of all her mother in law is antisemitic from the first day I met her she started ragging on her neighbors which I was very surprised. My both ladies were very professional and cleaned that house outstanding. She says she cleans her own house then why did she hire us. I went to do a walk thru with her and her younger son says mommy is with the baby now so when she says I didn’t thank her and say goodbye how dear her. She was not available for me to say goodbye. Another thing they wanted all this cleaning but wanted to pay bare bones. She complained all day long and if u see my other reviews folk you see me and my workers are not the people this person portrays. I am very nice flexible and my workers are the nicest girls and very professional."

Wonderful. Helene was easy & accommodating when making arrangements. Her workers were very hardworking and thorough. Cleaned everything including oven & refrigerator and stayed all day until job completed. My house never looked so clean. Found the price to be very reasonable and plan to use her services on a ongoing basis.
